Such a fun family friendly environment

the number of activities for children was a top plus. hate, hate, hate, hate having to pay for parking after paying over two thousand dollars for three nights.

Great for kids under 11.

Our family had a great time, we will definitely be going again!

I didn't have a reaservation when i got there my name wasnt on the list had to wait 30 min to have them get me checked in.

Too many additional charges

Not enough staff. No place to sit and eat lunch.

Our kids had a wonderful time. The “Camp counselors” led daily activities that kept everyone entertained between pool/arcade visits.

I really appreciated the staff friendliness and how they where willing to help

This is the third year we have came here, my room smelt bad we texted them 2-3 times and they did nothing about it, not going back there again.

We enjoyed our stay overall! The only downfalls, which were minor..but enforcing the quiet time...after 11pm guests above us continually banged and jumped until about 12a.m. Then were up early at 7am doing the same thing. Can't do much about that...it is a place filled with kids!

The rugs dirty and the smell was horrible . They need to change the rugs on the rooms floor the smell is bad .

Our only issue was with the room, the sliding door was broken and the curtain was falling off.

At our arrival, front desk agent was not very friendly…and offered very little info other than where to find the elevator…nothing about when water park opens or closes, nothing about where to find various activities, NOTHING. FOR $400/night (ok, let’s say $320/night since the $400 includes an overpriced waterpark), one would expect exquisite luxury, especially given the location-KCK. Room was very basic, like $115/night Holiday Inn basic except at least at Holiday Inn Express, the price includes breakfast and you’re not expected to pay an additional $20/night for UNCOVERED PARKING (there’s no covered parking btw), where hailstorms and tornadoes are quite the possibility. Besides the waterpark, NOTHING, and I mean, NOTHING, is included in the $400/night price…except a pair of wolf ears. That’s it. No other activities, most definitely no food…and no toiletries except a bar of hand soap…(rest of toiletries are those bulk containers attached to the wall. There are no USB ports, so be sure to bring a charger with a plug, and the pillows are AWFUL. The walls seem paper thin and there seems to be no way to dim most of the extremely bright lights emitting from the bedside alarm clock. Unless I got a major deal (like for $150/night), I will never stay at another Great Wolf Lodge again. At least our room seemed clean. And the waterpark workers/lifeguards were good, lines not long

Overpriced

Fun for all ages

Great family atmosphere! We took the grandkids annd even this Grammy rode the slides with our granddaughter. The kids had a blast.

We went to Great Wolf Lodge as kind of a last minute getaway in the middle if the week. We did not have a heads up that the property was getting a new roof. The work went on from about 8 am to 9pm. Unfortunately my room faced where the work was going on. Our balcony was closed. We had forklifts and workers outside our window 13 hours a day. Exceptionally noisy. We heard every conversation and move the workers made. We could not relax in our room at all during the day. And my toddler was not able to sleep. He normally is in bed by 7 or 7:30 at the latest. But the banging and beeping continued outside our room until 9pm. He couldn't get to sleep with that. He was up until almost 11pm the first night. Which got us off to a bad start. The hotels response when I texted “willow” at 8pm. Was sorry. They should leave soon. We enjoyed the water park and other amenities. We had a couple of fun days. The construction debacle kind of overshadowed the good and just made everyone exhausted from the start. I should also add we found at least 3 nails in the parking lot from the ongoing roof construction. I would just expect more for the price we paid. We would have chosen to stay somewhere else if we had known about the construction.
