Decent hotel, Murcia is a nice place for food, decent shower and good buffet breakfast. Good parking under Hotel. Shops nearby, decent Pool, good airco.

We have stayed in this hotel for about 20 years. Always excellent but bedroom furniture needs to be refurbished. Fabulous beds and bathroom is good.

Expected more from a four star hotel to be totally honest. Staff seemed uninterested, especially one member of staff working the bar inside. Hid from a queue of customers waiting for drinks and food on his phone and ignored us until reception phoned him. Then was incredibly rude to my partner who asked if there were any dairy free options due to a severe dairy allergy. Room was alright. Shower very outdated

The location seems to have been in a bad part of town. The hotel was run down, not at all a 4 star by any means. The room was falling apart almost. The sheets were tough and not comfortable. It had a nice restaurant and pool that’s it.

Reasonably good value hotel. Not too far a walk into main town centre. Rooms well equipped for most part. Fridge not v cold. AC worked well. Pool looked nice but was closed most of the days i stayed. It would have been good know about this when booking. Gym is present but could use more (heavy) weights and another couple treadmills. Would stay again if pool open.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

No kettle in the room, but at certain hours of the day you can get free hot water in the lobby bar. Hotel is fine but we didn’t like the area, it did not feel safe.

The hotel was vety clean and the staff sre excellent and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay. Further from the shops and restaurants than we expected but enjoyed the walking nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is more suited for business travellers than holiday. Breakfast and dining experiences were very good. Gym is small but functional. Swimming pool was not available due to time of year and being upgraded.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, good wifi, walkable to old town and points of interests. You have to pay €15 for parking every day. It is in a busy area but they have great sound barriers between the walls and the windows are also blocking the noise of the road. The room needs a bit of tlc you can tell it on the furniture and walls. Otherwise everything was great 😊

Well, the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. The check-in staff were absolutely brilliant. I had issues with a couple of things they were sorting out straightaway with a friendly helpful approach to customer service. Breakfast was good with excellent choices, and the room was spotlessly clean. It’s rated very highly on various travel sites and I would definitely give it nine out of 10 not 10 out of 10.

Great location. If you like to walk, easy to get to downtown. Neighbourhood is safe to walk. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great staff , very attentive

We had a good stay in Hotel Nelva which is a bit further out from the historic old town. The garage is easy to use comparing to other city hotels in Spain. The room was clean and service was excellent.

We got almost zero sleep due to the room next door parting until about 4am. Smoking weed and loud music on the balcony was a disgrace and disrespectful Why did the hotel security not sort this out ? This should not be allowed to happen and I expect a reply from the hotel. I spoke to the receptionist this morning about it but she wasn’t interested and offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill??!! Shame on you Nelva for allowing this type of behaviour to happen
