I liked it in general. Great location and the staff was very nice, but our room had some issues: no regulator for the AC, no matter what too cold, the TV or maybe the remote control didn’t work, and the sink was super slow.

The Hotel is in a good location

Very noisy room. Even though the air conditioning is off, there's a very loud noise from a compressor, which is very annoying. The restaurant service isn't very good; much of the food was cold.

El Hotel Rivoli fue una grata sorpresa en nuestro viaje a Veracruz. Está al inicio de la zona de Boca del Río y a sólo 2 cuadras del malecón (OJO. si quieres ver el mar desde tu habitación tienes que solicitar una habitación en los pisos superiores). La zona es tranquila y bonita, puedes caminar a restaurantes y cafés o bien salir a caminar por el malecón con una bonita vista del puerto y del mar.
