Excellent fresh breakfast. Greeted by breakfast attendant. Very nice. Room was cold and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

The primary attribute to this place is the location. It is in the city center and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops nearby. You can hop on the metro and easily get to the Santiago Bernabeu; if you need help the metro staff are friendly and helpful (except for that one unhelpful metro guy who was no help at all when I asked for directions and simply said “la diez” like what does that mean without contextual explanation?). The hotel room was clean and it did include an amenity kit: two free water bottles, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, some tissue. The room size however was small. There was a tv but you could tell it was old and it wasn’t working correctly; but remember, you are paying for the location and you aren’t there to watch tv, so not a big loss. Overall, for the convenience of the location and the cleanliness, it was good.

The hotel is in a great, lively area, and I recommend booking a room with a city view. The room itself was small and in need of renovation, and the hallway looked very old. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast—none of the coffee machines worked, and the options were very basic. That said, we still had a great time overall thanks to the excellent location.

Not so many choices for breakfast

Clean, standard room. Nice touch having free toiletries and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Beds were comfortable and quiet considering the location- this was brilliant. A few metres from Gran via and next to a massive primark. Some staff were friendly and approachable and some not so much but I do recommend staying here if you’re a family looking for a central location.

The rooms were compact but clean and pleasant. Staff was present and helpful and the location was excellent. Near enough to everything but a quiet nights sleep which isn’t common in the area. AC worked great in the summer heat. We had a room with bunk beds and they were a perfect option for a family of four with two teens trying to save by not getting a second room.

Me encantó este hotel! La ubicación, todo está cerca, camine a todos los lugares turisticos. Los empleados muy amables en especial Laura y Ares. Gracias! Definitivamente volveré a este hotel y lo recomendaré an mis amistades!

AC was not working and shower sink didn't work
