Great rooms, beds and shower. Close to everything.

Staff very helpful. Reported a broken socket, maintenance to be sent but didn't arrive all week. Pillows were not the most comfortable. Everything else, and breakfast, perfect.

The only downfall with this hotel is the carpet is dirty , change the Capet and this hotel will be improved by one star, beside that it’s a nice hotel

Simple and clean close to old town and train stAtion

The hotel is just on the rim of town so it makes a perfect option to find easy street parking for free. That way you can take a short walk to the port and not get caught in tiny one way streets. This modern hotel has a lift, large room and great air conditioning It also has a large bathroom with a strong shower head and a news station on tv in English. They put out a wonderful large spread of inviting pastries, fruits, eggs and juices for a full breakfast buffet. We weren’t thrilled with the town of Trapani itself, but as a quick stop on our archaeological adventure around Sicily, it was fine. There is also a really good restaurant right across the street from the hotel for a nice dinner if you are to tired after your long excursion. The room also has complete blackout curtains and double paned windows to help with a comfortable sleep.

Located across the street from the train station we found The Crystal a 4 star hotel a welcome surprise. The room was very spacious & the bed was comfortable w a fantastic shower. There was always plenty of free street parking to avoid paying $14E to a parking lot. They also served one of the nicest breakfasts.

Surely ask for the recently refurbished rooms (Level 2)

The two front desk women were extremely helpful. They were professional, friendly and full of information. The breakfast included was good, the fresh squeezed orange juice was fantastic! We ordered several items and their respond time was exceptional.
