Nice resort only 2 elevators that caused big lines to get to the room

The pictures looked much better than the place we stayed, the check in office was elegant ... our room was run down, floors in the bathroom the corners had stuff mopped into them, the balcony door was a chore to open and close for this to be in the Golden mile of MB our room was more bronze. Plenty of towels, staff was nice, elevators were quick and parking garage conveniently located to rooms. Will find a better place in the Golden Mile area next visit.

Firstly, the room was very clean. The hotel had a lot of amenities. There was a very nice game room, pools outside that were heated. The inside pool was being renovated but it was there. There was soa services and a restaurant. The two bedroom suite was massive. The kitchen looked updated and the room was beautiful. The bathroom was a little small but that was a minor thing. The staff was incredibly nice (shout out to Travis). Overall, I would and plan to stay again.

We have stayed here a total of 6 tines now. This time was off season but was still nice enough outside. The property is very dated as far as looks. We ALWAYS book the oceanfront double. The rooms are surprisingly nice and always super clean and the view is perfect. The elevators are never all fully functioning, so have patience. Its just an elevator,there are more than 1! It definitely needs updated esthetically but i truly love this extremely affordable resort. You wont be disappointed. Just dont have 5 star expectations and youll love this place.

I’ve been here twice, once as a guest of a friend and this time with family. On the reservation selection there will be three location, caravelle resort, caravelle tower and St Clermente. Pay attention which one you select, the resort is a nicer building, good wifi, and cleaner room. St Clemente was the lower class building, everything is smaller and no wifi (they say there is wifi but it doesn’t connect). Besides that, both buildings are in great locations with amazing views of the beach. MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT BUILDING.

Our stay was alright. There was no hot water at all when taking showers. And upon check out I let the lady know and she just looked at me like I was stupid and she could care less.

This place is bad. When we arrived the toilet was running,it took 2 hours for someone to come and still did not fix it. There was hair in the sink. Let's not forget the ROACHES. I killed a total of 4. I do not recommend!

The room was dirty, we had a lick on the room, the floor was full of water, the utensil from the kitchen were dirty, we were very disappointed. The room Needs to be cleaned and update.

The who place smells like old mold. The indoor pool, sun deck, and hot tubs were all closed and we were not advised on check in. Also they asked for more money on check in for parking even though it stated it was free. They also asked for a retainer fee in case we break something. The bathroom door had water damage and did not work. The halls on every floor including the pools smelled of urine and mold.

This was, by far, the nastiest hotel I have ever walked into! We checked in, walked into our room, immediately walked back out, checked out, and we stayed at a different hotel down the road. This place has not been remodeled in YEARS, we saw roaches on the floor, stains on everything, the AC did not work, and the room smelled like mildew! My wife and I paid good money to stay here for our three day vacation, and even though we didn’t actually stay, neither the hotel or Expedia would refund our money or offer ANY compensation for our awful experience! In the end, we paid for two hotel rooms while on vacation, and only used one of them! Thankfully, the hotel we actually stayed at, was great! Expedia is the worst the website to book anything through, fortunately for us, there are plenty of competitors to choose from, and their competition will be our “go to” website for booking hotels in the future! that but We booked and paid for two more nights at a different hotel! I will never use Expedia again, PERIOD!

Run don't walk away from this location! I checked out early for the roaches had checked in! Do not I repeat do not, the only good thing is the people at the front!!?

Our room was infested with Roaches!!! Big ones small ones babies it was terrible room had not been cleaned at all!! This place truly needs to be shut down immediately it is certainly a health hazard. We took videos and pictures showed staff and they were not surprised the were not concerned so there is no telling how long this place has been operating at these standards! Scale of 1-10 I would say a -100 DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

NEVER STAY AGAIN!!! I based my stay off of the reviews from August 2024 thinking okay these are current. And of course their nice website…Now I feel those were falsified reviews BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY!! And hopefully there will be more honest reviews from this time period that I stayed because so many guest were complaining to the office as well. The property needs serious updates, parking is terrible and you HAVE TO PAY TO PARK!!! That’s ridiculous never have I had to pay to park at a hotel I paid to stay at! I was told during my stay there will be no housekeeping if I need towels you have to call before 2 pm and come to the office and pick them up. My suite with kitchen smelled like smoke for a non smoking facility as well as mold!! And the room had mold on the bed box spring and living room chair. Everything was nasty from dressers, walls to floor… You can tell nothing was wiped down the floor wasn’t swept there was a toe nail on the floor !!!! The area rug full of dirt and just nasty. The tub was dirty and for a booking of 5 they only had a set of 2 towels in the room. Beds very uncomfortable!! And if you complain you get an apology and a card for the corporate # Just a horrible stay!!

Excellent vacation time.

Team was super friendly, price was very fair, area was quiet, room was spacious. Unit had soap from previous person, popcorn on the floor, a metal key on the counter, and the towels looked like they had been refolded. It was a bit unnerving.
