Booked ocean front suite started check in host said im gonna give u upgrade cool got in room was king efficienty on chair to sit in seperate bath an king bed with tv thats not a upgrade thats down my original booking was king bed in bedroom separate kitchen an livingroom with murphy bed an dinning table

Clean room and nice staff

The are online was made to seem much cleaner/nicer than it actually is. There was a lot of dirt in the corners of the room. The furniture on the deck had a holes in it. It was not a nice place to stay.

The staff sent me to a room that the key didn’t work next key the room was occupied and dirty so I had to go all the way back across the street multiple times to finally get the correct room. Note the office and hotel are on opposite sides of the street. I was charged for checking in early and the room then proceed to have a puddle of water in the sitting area all day and night with no one coming to clean it up. I expect a clean and organized room for the price I am paying to stay at your resort. The fact I was charged early for check in and the room was still dirty my entire stay. I was very disappointed as the manager said he couldn’t do anything due to me booking through Expedia. Absolutely unacceptable. I have time stamped pictures if you need them.

Just ok. Never stayed anywhere that I had to pay extra ($12.00) each night for parking. Pay extra to use washer and dryer. The cord on the iron was so short, you couldn't use it. On day of check out house keeping came by our room twice, very early.

I like the balcony view. However the property itself was disgusting. The property needs a good cleaning and elevators were slow. Also i mever received my deposit refund. The room was left the way we found it but my deposit was never returned

Only stayed one night but the room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Would def stay again

Needs more work to the bathroom the mattress was hard and felt like I was sleeping in a hole but overall it was pleasant stay

This is my 3rd time staying since the end of June. The 1st time was very nice. The last time in July was awful. They gave me a refund for one night and said if I stayed again, they would make sure I had a great room. I changed rooms 3 times. I pay for ocean view each time and still get out up against a wall that blocks 1/2 of the view. The bathroom smelled.like sewage. The most recent rooms are very outdated, you smell people smoking marijuana, the chair was broken, and water was leaking on the floor. In addition to the door being stuck countless times and you have to fight to open it. I tried. I won't be back.

Property was good. Hot water took about 15 minutes to heat up. Lamps didnt work. Ceiling paint was falling off. Parking garage is very small. Ocean view was good. Pool was clean.

The room was not clean but we made it work.

I only gave a 3 star on cleanliness because the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Definitely not a deal breaker. Overall 5 star for everything else! Have stayed here for years and will continue to do so!

Moe made the check in easy. We were very early. He called when our room was ready. Check in was fast. The room was clean. Comfortable and quiet. Recommend a luggage rack. No place for an open suitcase expect the dining table or bed.

HOTELS.COM did a horrible job! They didn't provide the hotel they showed me....I got there & it was a different place!!! The Caravelle Resort (Sara) fixed what had gone wrong. I still need to figure out how to actually communicate with hotels.com! The wrong building! What in the world?!

The room did not match any of the pictures for this hotel. Disgusting old carpet, old mattresses that were impossible to sleep on, the bathroom heating light would not turn off, so it was on 24 hours a day heating the whole place, the faucet in the shower leaked, the shower pressure was ridiculously low. My husband complained to front desk, and they said we booked through a third party and had to contact them. This was false advertising to the hilt!

It was my husband and I first anniversary so we were expecting a suite with a balcony overlooking the beach. We got the complete opposite. Upon arrival she put us is a small motel across the street called St. John , the room we were in was bedside the boiler room, that was noisy all night , motel had no complimentary breakfast, we did have a small balcony overlooking a pool of children, we had to go to office across street and ask for someone to make beds,had 2 queen beds, she came and made beds only, trash in floor and she didn’t get it up, had ice machine on first fl, and no ice bucket we had to go out and purchase one

Great place to stay close to the beach & a nice comfortable room

Mi familia y yo pasamos un lindo fin de semana gracias a que nuestra estadía en el the caravelle resort fue muy buena, cuarto limpio, camas confortables y limpias, el baño muy limpio. Estoy hablando de nuestra experiencia, las próximas vacaciones, seguro nos volveremos a hospedar ahí mismo. En recepción nos atendió una muchacha jóven que parecía estar de malas ese día 8/30/025 el turno de las 4 de la tarde. Le pregunté dónde quedaba mi cuarto y me dijo, ahí a la vuelta, tampoco me dió el pase de pool/laundry o wifi Ni siquiera el sing de parqueo.

Overall our stay was great, the kids ages 4 and 12 enjoyed the pool areas, the outside grounds area and the ease of getting around. Check in took a while and although my Expedia reservation stated parking was included I was charged 12$ per day for parking on site. Ocean front rooms available. The room we got was an oceanfront efficiency just a simple room and that was certainly what it was, nothing special. A fairly yucky chair that I threw a blanket over that had a stain. I sprayed my Lysol and looked over that as it wasn’t on the beds. Could’ve been cleaner, but it was beach hotel room efficient. It worked for us and the amenities at the hotel were great!
