Kenzi Azghor Hotel in Ouarzazate was hands down our best stay in Morocco! The hotel exudes a majestic charm, perfectly blending luxury with authentic Moroccan vibes. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight has to be the breathtaking swimming pool and terrace, offering stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and the surrounding landscapes. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Ouarzazate. We were also blown away by the restaurant—both the buffet dinner and breakfast were incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Our room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was plush, and the bathroom was large and immaculate. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Ouarzazate, Kenzi Azghor is highly recommended!

This hotel is predominantly used by groups on tours, treks, etc, and as such has a high turn around and is at its busiest mornings and evenings, indeed we chose this hotel waiting for someone returning from one such event. Therefore during the day the hotel is quiet, but most hotels in the area are from what we saw. We really enjoyed our stay here because we liked the atmosphere and energy the groups injected, the staff were very helpful, as was the general manager, who advised us they plan to refurb next year and attract more long term guests. The rooms are clean, but will benefit from the intended refurb. We had a suite which was large and roomy, there are 4 in the hotel. The view from the outside is amazing and the sunsets from here too. We hired a car and this is a good base to visit the local attractions from as well as drive further on the well maintained roads to places such as Dades Gorges and Fint Oasis. The food is buffet style to cater for the groups, which is OK, there is plenty of it and its good value. There are some amazing restaurants locally if you prefer something more, such as La Kasha des Sables, and just down the road there is the Full Sun Restaurant, which was amazing value. All in all we would return this is a pleasant hotel, which is very very good value.

Noisy at night, food poor. Staff very slow to respond. They took the towels out of our room even though we hadn’t checked out and it took ages to get new towels so we could swim. Rooms look nothing like website

Nice hotel with everything you might need, including a bar and swimming pool with an excellent view of the Ouarzazate countryside. The WiFi is dodgy but other than that facilities were excellent.

For what this hotel charges - you would expect they could afford to upgrade the 80’s era attached to the wall hairdryers. It would overheat after a minute of use and shut down. You have to wait for it to cool before it would come on again. This can’t be safe. Towels had stains and were frayed. Breakfast offerings were minimal with very little fresh food. The only thing good was the woman making the pancakes. She was a delight. The porter carrying the bags was also very effiecient and dedicated.

This is great little oasis in the city hilltop.. nice meals but you cant be late.. they do not really refill the dinner or breakfast.. the serving ladies are too quick to clean your plates, when you leave the table for just a minute! nice rooms.. They washed our car.. thank you.. also location close to the local markets! nice to see the local culture.

This is a good place for a one night stay. You are here to see that scenery, not be in a luxury hotel. The room was clean but definitely old. The facilities are Kasbah like with a nice view of the city.

Although the sheets were dirty when I first checked in, I told the font desk and they had someone come to change them immediately. The AC worked great, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable. Oh, and there were a few good English channels to choose from on the tv. Also, breakfast was decent, and the rooftop view was gorgeous.

Such great potential - this hotel has an amazing panoramic terrace and great location. But the rooms are small and the air con non-existent. Breakfast was a true disappointment with little to choose from. Kitchen staff were friendly but front desk staff not so much . They've missed the mark , but with a little effort this site could beSt out the chains in the area
