Excellent customer service

Located on marina picola, away from crowds. Hotel provides continuous transportation to town center. Rooms basic, but ours had huge terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast had a good variety. I’d stay here again

Good option for our last minute overnight stay in Capri, and appropriate for the price compared to other hotels on the island. However the restaurant food and staff were underwhelming, and both in the restaurant and at checkout there were incorrect charges on my bill.

What a beautiful place with ocean view, we stayed there three nights we love everything about it. Their breakfast is amazing also the food at their restaurant is incredible, and you walk down 30 seconds and you’re on the beach. You have shuttle service every 10 minutes to the port and the shops highly recommended, will go back for sure

Great property for getting around capri. Shuttle took us to and from port and city center. Right near public beach and beach club.

Stunning property, amazing staff.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations: • Towels were not changed during the stay • Toilet paper was not replenished • The floor was not cleaned • On the first day, there was no water provided in the fridge These issues made the stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the standard of service I expected. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

The hotel was amazing and from the location to the services and the staff behaviour were excellent. I would recommend everyone this hotel in Capri.

The room itself was very clean but very average, nothing special, suited our needs. BUT THE VIEW!! Great location, convenient free shuttle service to city center, great breakfast (not included in price). Would stay here again anytime.

Beautiful. We loved it.

This hotel is one of the best you can get at this price point on Capri. Located just above Marina Piccola, it is just a few minutes walk down a flight of stairs to the secluded beach. The pool and hot tub overlook the ocean which is beautiful and our room had the same view. They offer pickup and drop off from Marina Grande on the other side of the island where ferries come in for a very low cost. They also offer free shuttles to Capri center which is incredibly convenient and run every 10 minutes. Our only complaints were the WiFi was not very strong (we struggled to load anything on our devices outside of texting and calling), and the showers were a strange setup. There is almost no way to shower without flooding the bathroom. You have to be very careful with where you place the shower head. Overall, it was clean and all the staff were attentive. We would stay again if we were in Capri.
