Balcony room was fantastic and more spacious than I expected. AC worked perfectly, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideally located hotel with incredible views of the Faraglioni rock formations. Our room was very clean and had a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The hotel has a convenient shuttle bus service, to and from town. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the pool area has a bar and a restaurant. Since we arrived prior to the scheduled check-in time, the hotel stored our luggage until our room was ready. Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

Outdated. Needs to be renovated badly. Our room had a sewer smell for an hour that was awful. The breakfast was very good but gave a “Best Western” vibe. Also may be because the furniture was straight out of 1980.

Nice location on marina picola. Hotel offers free shuttle to town and pick up from port (for a fee). Gorgeous view of famous rocks. Beach few steps down stairs. Rooms and hallways can use an update. Breakfast had many options. Would recommend this property

This hotel was fantastic! Right on the beach which we loved as we could walk down and enjoy. The staff was incredibly friendly and so willing to help, which was important to me being a visitor for the US. It was CLEAN! This is always my biggest fear and housekeeping was provided each day and the rooms were clean. For an Italian island I was surprised how big the rooms were. We booked 2 bigger rooms and they were large. 3 beds in each room. One of the best parts is the free shuttle. It runs constantly and a fantastic service since the hotel is not in the city center. It's a quick trip back and forth. I 100% recommend Hotel Weber!

The location and shuttle and view were excellent. The hotel needs to be upgraded a bit.

Amazing view of the beach and sea, 5 minutes walk to beach. Property has shuttle every 15 minutes to go to city center and back.

Everything and everyone was great here. Very helpful staff. Pool was awesome, just wish it was open a little later. The shuttle service to and from the town center was so helpful. Only thing I would change is our room (junior suite) was under the restaurant and it was extremely loud when chairs and people would move above us early in the morning.

The hotel is a bit outdated but my "family" room was huge. The location is amazing just steps away from the beach (free) and multiple beach clubs. There are several reataurants/bars near by but we mostly used the hotel shuttle to go into town and have dinner there. The lunches around the pool were very tasty! The calamari is a must

Such a beautiful property with a stunning view of Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni rocks! We loved our three night stay here! Our terrace view was amazing, the room was huge and the staff was so helpful and friendly, with a special shout out to the shuttle drivers! The free shuttle to town that runs every 8 minutes was a huge plus! Grazie mille to everyone!

The stay was wonderful. Arriving late due to ferry cancellation/rescheduling, the staff were very attentive. Immediately helping with dinner reservations, ensuring our luggage was delivered by the porter service and making sure every ask was promptly taken care of. On our day of departure, all ferries were cancelled due to weather and without hesitation the Villa Francesco team jumped into action and arranged for a car service to Sorrento. Our next visit to Positano we will definitely stay here again. Oh by the way, the breakfast and room service were excellent.

They have a shuttle from the port to the hotel that makes the transfer very easy. The view from our room was beautiful. It is a short walk ~5 minutes to the beach. There are many paths suitable for walking to restaurants or scenic views of the Arco de Naturale. The breakfast and lunch food was good.

Regular shuttle was helpful and breakfast was sumptuous but dinner options were limited

We were checked in very small room- 107. Staff changed it next day without any problems. All reception stuff was great. We enjoy our staying

I like the beach was clean and beautiful, I don't like the the waitress at the restaurant, they are very pushing, and rude and allways ask about the tip to be in cash, also staff are not friendly at all, I love Capri is a beautiful place.
