Overall the experience was decent. Highlights about the hotel would definitely be the breakfast and the beach being so close. Restaurants around the area served good food and coffee and overall they're budget friendly. Some issues that I would like to point out would be dinner service. Other than the price being 23€ per person, that doesnt include drink service, other than the limited amount of juice on display. You can of course buy drinks but the price was quite high with a 5% service charge being tacked on with it. Spent 8.40€ for 2 apple juices for example. Compared to breakfast I must say this was a total dissapointment in my eyes. Another issue I would like to note, hopefully this was only my experience, but my girlfriend and I both contracted food poisoning from what we believe were the sandwiches in the to-go lunch boxes that we received upon departure from the hotel. Lukcily no big issue as we both recovered within 3 days, and of course, no hospital visit. Beds were okay overall. They kept sliding around when we moved a little in our sleep. Had to use my suitcase to wedge one side to prevent movement. The walk to the beach is quite close, but coming back is definitely a small workout if youre unprepared, as there is lots of stair climbing. Most shops are away from the area of the island and would require either a car or long walk to town to get to. To close this out, the overall experience was decent with some highs, lows, and some in between.

Beach lounge chairs are for rent and not included in the high price already paid! Beach towels are also exchanged for a price. Less fruit options at breakfast, for example, bananas and peaches, seasonal fruit are not available this year. The price of the hotel is up but the offer is down. Sad. Any other place in the world has these things included in the hotel price.

Relaxing and wonderful stay. This was our second time at the Aurora. We were very comfortable. It was fun for our young child as well as my parents. We enjoyed the beach, pool, spa, restaurants and entertainment. The front desk team was very accommodating and kind. They provided accommodations for my mother with mobility challenges. She was able to enjoy a day at the beach and swimming. We hope to be back again.

I paid the fee of registration when I checked out. I still don't understand why I paid the extra payment after I purchased the hotel fee included in every expenditures.

Everything was great. I would have liked to see some smoked fish, mackarel at breakfast. Also, dissapointed that the beach lounge chairs were not free for the hotel guests as they are anywhere else in the world. I am very impressed with your staff. They were very helpful. I hope to return to Aurora.

We had to ask to be able to lower the temperature on our AC in the room which seems odd but in most of Europe it seems to be regulated but the hotel and not the guests which is a bit aggregating per se! Otherwise very nice !

I liked - near a beach, good walking trails, 20 minutes to town, good breakfast. Didn't like, small room, no kettle, felt institutional.

This hotel is situated at the sensational site among pine trees, looking towards the most beautiful sunset. The see is cristal clear. The rooms are rather small, but comfortable. Everything is clean. The food is local and of high quality. The best of all are people - they are very comitted, competent and nice. Many thanks to all.

Sea view rooms, below the 3rd floor are totally blocked by trees. In order to reaget a water view you need to be up on the 4th floor and pay the premium level. We found it very noisy with the terrace door open, people pullng the metal window shades up and down at 6:30am. Room was decent size, very clean. Buffet breakfast was quite good, lots of selections but very crowded.

Big facility with poor design. Had to walk several hundred meters to the room using stairs. No elevator for half floors. Limited staffing. Limited parking. Overpriced. Won’t go back.

Overall this was a good property in a beautiful location. There is parking but it’s very busy, there’s paid parking that’s just les hassle. Food was good. Park view rooms overlook the road/car park but are quiet. Sea view rooms would be the highest rooms but the view would be stunning. It’s a very large hotel, could get busy in high season as noticeably busier in dining area closer to weekend

Hotel Aurora is located in a beautiful spot, right next to beaches and pathways along the sea. Rooms were clean, big, and comfortable, and amenities were great.

Steps from a breathtaking beach, the Aurora Hotel is a wonderful getaway for the whole family or a just a couple. Rocky beaches with pristinely clear water matched with a wonderful bar and restaurant, this spa hotel has everything...but it's the helpful, professional, and friendly staff that will exceed your expectations.

Excellent water access and a fantastic place for kids

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times and although the rooms are nothing special, they are clean and comfortable and the air-con works well. The staff are all very pleasant and the breakfast and dinner buffet choice is good. The live terrace music in the evenings seems not to have progressed past the 19080s and one wonders why they bother at all, since hardly anyone listens and the musicians are, mildly put, amateurish. If you ignore them and instead take a stroll along the beach to Čikat bay and enjoy the nature, you'll be very satisfied.
