Great location, and a wonderful staff throughout. Will definitely book again on next visit.

It was not bad, it was no good. Really good stay for 5 nights for almost 400€. BUT!!! No one told me that there is a сonstruction near hotel and it’s impossible to sleep due to the noisy highway near hotel and construction 😡😡😡 Therefore never again because of noise

Hope we had the same expereince as wedid couple years ago in Asian side We had the ask for coffee too manytimes. House keeping in morning doesn't bring it you got make 2 to 3 calls to get it The gym and spa are not top notch i would give 3 stars not a 4 stars hotel for turkey.the smells is killing hope we had better exper3ibce of fafor is bad you cant We had 1000 times bwtterhotel than this o e

Nice hotel. Reception stuffs are nice and helpful. Location is convenient about 4 minutes to T1 Tram.

I think the smoking should be forbidden in all hotels in Istanbul. Even though we stayed on the 7th floor, I could still smell it due to central air conditioning. The staff in the restaurants and the hotel overall are amazing very accommodating. Very clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again

Everything was excellent . Some problems and staff dealt with them fast and professional . Staff are very helpful and amazing . For sure I will go if I am in istanbul

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Food was good. We stayed 2 nights in room 510. Room was big enough. However, the sink didn’t drain so that we had romove the drain hole cover. The second negative thing was the black mold around the shower base.
