Very outdated, good things are free parking and accessibility for public transportation

Gated parking with key fob for entry made me feel safe and relieved that i didn't need to unload the entire car upon arrival, as we were on a road trip. Lovely and helpful staff. Short walk to a market, and short Uber to downtown.

Really liked that it was on the street car line and could go anywhere without taking the car out. Staff was super and liked that the restaurant was so near.

Outstanding

A great location on St. Charles Ave; out of the hub-bub of the French Quarter; close to Magazine Street. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Lovely stay.

The Saint Charles Inn is conveniently located on Main Street, with a train route right in front that offers easy access to the city center. The property is well maintained, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jenny for her outstanding service, we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Hotel room was to be a view of the city, but ended with view of a tree by the window. Bathroom heat was not working. Overall a good place.

Air conditioner wasn’t working up to par the first night so they moved us to another room.

Great location, hotel is very nice, clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Bathroom could use a good remodel but overall is great.

Such a cute property with free parking located in the beautiful Garden District of New Orleans! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of grab and go items. Rooms were clean and inviting. This is on the street car line, so can be a bit noisy, but that adds to the charm. It was a nice change of scenery from Bourbon Street/French Quarter...

Our stay was wonderful! Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They remained calm and focused on making sure customers were safe when an unscheduled power shutdown happened in the city. Fantastic staff!!

Always enjoy staying at the St. Charles! Friendly staff, clean & comfortable accommodations and close to restaurants & shops.

Staff was extremely friendly going above and beyond to make sure your needs were met. Room was extremely clean as well as the hotel as a whole. Just steps away from the streetcar (public transportation) with easy access to the French Quarter. Only drawback was no exhaust fan for the bathroom and bathroom door wouldn’t close properly

Great location and great service. Bed was comfortable. However, we would not stay here again for three reasons. 1. The hotel has a grill restaurant attached, and the room smelled overpoweringly of meat grease/burned grill smell the whole time. This is the main reason I wouldn't return. 2. There were no coverings on the window, and many lights outside. I can't sleep in a non-darkened room. 3. We appreciate that it's pet friendly, but a couple problems with that—the bathroom isn't air conditioned, so we had no way to contain the dog when needed. The key card entry on the front door was broken so we couldn't take the dog out after hours without getting trapped outside.

Great staff, great location, loved our room and the hotel. Will definitely return!

I was traveling alone and the staff was so ready to help me with any requests. The room was spacious and the bedding and amenities were wonderful! It was quiet at night and having a wonderful restaurant attached at the lobby was great.

They helped me make my FireStick work. Thanks Terry
