A nice hotel, recently refurbished, clean and well maintained. Location is convenient but quite busy and can be noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms are very small and cramped. All in all, good value, decent place to stay.

Very convenient location for Eurostar and TGV Lille Europe stations and opposite Lille Flanders train station. Generous, relaxed breakfast. Friendly staff. Well air conditioned. Quiet room.

This hotel was chosen for its location. It is very central, close to the old town and station. If you are simply looking for somewhere to rest your head that is clean and air-conditioned, then Rosa Hotel will do the job. There’s nothing fancy about the hotel otherwise but I can’t complain given we knew that before we stayed there. The staff were very helpful, I will say, especially when we had issues with our safe. It’s important to note that there are no keys (QR codes are used instead) and the reception is not manned 24/7.

The hotel was a reasonable stop in Lille. The property certainly shows its age, with the staircase leaning quite heavily. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Clean, comfortable room in a fantastic central location. Just a five-minute walk to Euralille shopping centre and the Grand Place, making it ideal for exploring Lille on foot. The hotel itself has a vibrant, modern feel and easily exceeds expectations for a three-star rating, offering a standard closer to a four-star experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Lille.

Lovely quirky little hotel. Really nice staff. Delicious breakfast and super comfy bed. What more could you ask? Well it also has a superb location- thought our room overlooking the train station would be noisy, but couldn’t hear any street noise. Smallest lift I’ve ever seen - hilarious. Lovely warm shower and great occitane products. Would return without hesitation.

Located across the road from Gare De Lille station for local connections and only a 5 min walk from Euro Lille if getting the Eurostar. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are well maintained with comfy beds and a nice shower. L’Occataine shower products. Tea and coffee facilities are provided on the first floor throughout the day. Great breakfast. This was our second stay here and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Rosa.

Nice hotel and great location to take in the sights, sounds and amenities on offer along with the tourist spots. A bit noisy if you fancy a lie in- mini road sweepers rock up at the crack of dawn and do a thorough job!

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and modern. We would stay here again.

This hotel was a little gem! Incredibly well located to the station and centre, we had a beautiful room looking at onto the front with plenty of room for me and my three children. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were brilliant. The little area on the first floor for complimentary drinks was a real treat. Top rated, I would go back anytime.

This is a lovely little hotel, modern and with great facilities. An unassuming facade (easily missed if you aren't looking for it!) leads you directly in front of Gare de Lille Flandres and only a five minute walk from Lille Europe, perfect if using the Eurostar. The room was well-equipped and clean. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could leave our suitcases before checking in and after checking out - this was really helpful for us! Definitely recommend
