Staff was kind & helpful. Rooms were always kept clean & they would replace our towels, bed sheets, etc! Also it is very close to the metro station which is super convenient when exploring Madrid!

The hotel itself is impressive however, we entered our room and the carpet was a very light colour and there was stains on it everywhere which made us feel like the room was not clean. The blackout blind was broken and when we reported they temp fixed it then repaired following day. Staff service was great however in our opinion the rooms require attention to detail and cleanliness standard raised.

Rooms are weird, no kettle or mirrors. No gluten free food in the restaurants only minimal at breakfast. Sky bar was absolutely rude not welcoming at all. Apart from the metro being close that is the only thing going for it. It’s a very corporate business hotel not comfy for leisure.

Room was very clean. They forgot my complimentary water bottles the first day but they showed up the next day. Be careful at the bar. If they ask your room number make sure you clear your tab all the way. I paid for everything while I was there but when I checked out there was one drink they claim I hadn’t paid for. Other than that it was a decent hotel with a great location. Very short walk to the train which really helps.

Great hotel and great reception/ concierge service. But restaurant staff can be bit friendly and helpful. They are quite arrogant and unfriendly to non Spanish speakers.

Very unique designing hotel with easy access to the city center by public transport. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great. I Will choose it again if I decide to come back. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in a good location and easy to access the centre via metro station close by. Unusual theme of rooms on each floor.One of the main restaurants was closed when we were there and would have expected water bottles being available daily to guests in a hotel of this standard, especially in the searing heatwave while we stayed. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff were friendly and professional.

Plusieurs services sont proposés. La chambre est spacieuse. La décoration est originale. Nous avons eu un pépin avec la climatisation durant la nuit. Le personnel parlait uniquement en espagnol. Il a été difficile de parvenir à se comprendre.

Very good in general. Round beds are a bit weird. AC didn’t work very well, and it’s steaming in Madrid now.

The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood with a Metro stop just 2 blocks away so it was very easy to get around. The staff is very professional and the rooms were well appointed.

A really unique hotel with designer rooms and ver friendly and helpful reception staff. A really comfy bed, great shower and very quiet.

Property needs some maintenance/renovations. Carpets were very stained in first room. We went back down to the desk and they moved us to a different room. Carpets in that room were frayed and bleached (the carpet was black-so no visible stains). Housekeeping and staff were excellent. We stay there every year when we go to Spain, so we were disappointed.

The hotel is well situated with many transportation options. The Categema metro stop is 2 blocks away so it was very easy to go into the city center within a few minutes. The neighborhood is over for travelers as there is a supermarket around the corner and many finding options available outside the hotel. The guest rooms are modern, and the hotel staff was very professional.

Great customer service, friendly staff, good amenities

Was given a room in this space age white floor and the carpet in the room was disgusting - so dirty that I did not even want to stand on it in my bare feet. Hotel needs to get some fundamentals right like providing a clean room to its valuable guests. Should have offered compensation for 3 out of 4 nights I was in the room and not tried to make out they had no idea the floor was like that!

Rooms were nice, broken shower, broken bidet, refrigerator broken, shower floor broken. The trash can in the bathroom was also broken. They should consider fixing or replacing the amenities . We had to relocate to another room. Things were still not in good shape.
