Excellent hotel. It is a family oriented hotel so a lot of children and the buffet gets busy. There were only two of us and my daughter is 17. You can only use the 'adult only' pool from 18 so we were a bit stuck in limbo. We used the spa a lot which was excellent for massage and facial - lovely staff and lovely location however don't have a manicure (not the same standard as UK). The setting is beautiful (we had a lovely bure) and the kids we saw all seemed to having a great time. Lots of activities put on for them. Go to the frog race...it's a hoot! Food for excellent with good choices from buffet, mid range and more up market. Also strong Wifi.

We stayed at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort and what stuck with us most wasn’t the pools or the food (both excellent) – it was the staff. Genuine Bula spirit everywhere, the kind that makes you feel looked after rather than just served. Our room was comfortable and spacious, the lagoon pool with its kids’ splash area kept everyone happy, and the evening cultural shows added a real sense of place. The Coral Coast setting is peaceful without feeling isolated. It’s not the most private or exclusive resort on the island, but it delivers a relaxed, friendly Fiji experience that feels authentic. We left already talking about coming back.

Great lovely resort! Service was excellent and sometimes slow. The restaurant areas were very noisy and it was deafening near the ocean view premium rooms. That needs to be monitored.

Very family friendly resort, and the staff were very friendly. We loved the kids club too! Only downside was the pool/sea water was too cold for what we were hoping for at this time, but it's not something the resort can control.

The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special. On the other hand, the public bathrooms were pretty disgusting on the property. I feel like some staff tries to upsell on drinks at some restaurants. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor. We all got food poisoning, maybe from the buffet where everyone was touching the same tongs , some little kids were even eating from the tongs used to serve the food ! This is the first time we have ever gotten sick in Fiji over years of staying at different hotels. I definitely think there needs to be better hygiene and disinfectant at the buffets. We drank the tap water and we all also got very ill after. Children need to be looked at after better and not serve themselves at buffet. The coffee tasted really bad, definitely needs to be better. To end on a positive note, our stay was overall good and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We already miss the sunsets and the fun activities. The slide at the pool was so fun. The staff is gracious and genuinely kind and helpful. Vinaka !!

The resort is beautiful, but the amenities compared to some of the other resorts are not up to par for the money you pay. The restaurants were also just ok.

The property and accommodations were gorgeous. The food was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. Staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome and ensure the stay was comfortable and memorable. They remembered names, orders, preferences and plans. This place is amazing. 100/10 would recommend.

Room was dirty,sheets were stain and table wasn't cleaned. The coushin to the couch smelled. Single female traveler here, they ask to many red flag questions for a single traveler. Power went out for about 5 min. checkout is 11 am, they turn off the wifi at 10 am. Nothing closed by,your forced to eat there. Could do better in cleaning the room. Many activities u want to do if they don't have enough to fill up they canceled you. No notice until its time of the activitie u signed up for. Wast your day waiting on your excursión then it's canceled. Staff is friendly,some are very nosy on your personal stay. Judging single traveler is definitely felt. The view are wonderful with plenty to do site. Its typically high price resort prices.

We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. Thank you so much Outrigger for such an amazing and unforgettable experience.
