Very enjoyable stay with my 2 cats as we was visiting The Supreme cat show in Liverpool the following day. The room was pretty warm and could do with Air con. But all in all a comfortable stay.

No issues, seamless registration, front of house staff are great - room lovely and clean, hotel at Junction of M56 and easy access to Warrington / Runcorn

Hotel was lovely, clean and tidy throughout. Efficient check in and room was good size and clean. Shower room was very nice and good powerful hot shower. Had an evening meal which was lovely and waitresses were very fun and professional. Only let down was the breakfast. What was there was good but there was never a full english available at the same time. Either eggs missing, when the eggs arrived the bacon had gone, then the beans. I had a staggered breakfast which each part was nice but would have been nice all together. Had to ask for the pastries which had run out also. They cooked a fresh batch but i think if i hadn't asked there would have been no more. Overall a good Hotel and would still go back.

Great hotel, quiet and relaxing. Great facilities and was a lovely stay.

Hotel currently going through refurbishment in different areas. Got an excellent deal with B&B so needed hotel for Sat night in area so grabbed. Stated a Club room which was small but cozy. New refurbed but can see has been done cheaply. Existing damaged ensuite door, old bath with new panels just fitted.. if your gonna refurb, do it properly as looks poor. Pool OK but tub was like a washing machine, needed some de-foamer.. Breakfast was OK, box standard. 1 issue we had was disrespect of neighbouring rooms blasting TV in their rooms, finally had to complain to reception after midnight as was a joke. Would I return, yeah at a cheap deal.

Couldn’t swin because there was children’s swimming lessons along with hotel users

Staff were very helpful, room and building were very clean. The place was nice and quiet even though there was building work going on.

Great room, obviously recently modernised, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast was good/hot, though the pastries werent great. The young lady looking after breakfast was fab, single handedly doing everything, and doing it very well.. Check in wasnt great, 3 people behind the desk, (2 chatting possibly about work ) and 1 couple taking foreeeever to check in. Eventually a 2nd person came free, and check in started. By the time we were checked in ( which was fairly quick), there was a huge queue behind us. We looked at the gym which looked very well equipped, though we didnt have chance to use it this time. We walked to east runcorn station, just over 20 mins walk.The route is down a country lane , so wear sensible shoes:) You can travel direct to chester, Warrington and manchester. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Staff were very pleasant throughout my stay, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful with a great night's sleep.

Everything was very good . Could have done with a spare toilet roll . I did leave ear pods on charge . No need to return. Thank you for lovely stay

Staff - rude an disinterested but what a facilities - young girl in restaurant working alone was so good and incredible to my family She should be the explain set to all staff members

The fire alarm went off twice at 6.00 & 7.00 am which was annoying. The pool was closed during the second day until 6.30 at night. It's a newly renovated hotel, quiet location and lovely staff. Wouldn't say it's 4 star though. There are no complimentary toiletries and the in-room refreshments are meagre. More a high end 3 star but would recommend without hesitation and plan on returning. Hopefully no early morning wake- up alarms though.

All very good staff and managers helpful.food good but need more veggie room peaceful never hear anyone even at wkends big room with plenty of draws.all a1

Hotel is lovely, very clean and fresh looking, looks like new. Even the cheapest rooms big and very nice. Quiet, can’t hear traffic or people banging doors in corridor. Only issue is you can’t get lunch in bar/restaurant not open til 3pm, the lovely coffee shop in atrium is open and has sandwiches etc but I’m gluten free so wasn’t much choice. Would def recommend

Lovely hotel, location is great for M56 Junction/Warrington. Really well maintained and super clean. Modern room & facilities.

Upon arrival I was given a free upgrade. My room modern, spacious and spotless. Lovely comfortable large bed. The spa nice and clean too. Pool temp good and loved the jacuzzi. Although I hadn't pre booked, the restaurant fit me in and I had a lovely meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff and will definitely use again if in the area
