Good place to spend some days just do not rent rooms closer to the pool at night is not quite.

As a family of 4, 3 adults and one child, we had an incredible experience during our recent stay at your resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were immaculate, and we appreciated the wide variety of amenities, which were both relaxing and well-maintained. The on-site dining options, from buffets to a variety of à la carte restaurants, were excellent, with delicious food and exceptional service. Every member of the staff we interacted with were courteous, professional, and eager to help. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. we highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you for making our trip so special. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Food was awful

After checking the reviews we thought we would like this place. .but we were wrong. room was shabby, paint peeling off the walls in places. AC was intermittent. Many Many ants greeted us when we arrived in the room. There was a wasp nest on our balcony with everyday a new pile of dead wasps that the ants were carrying away,, actually that was the highlight of the holiday watching how those hundreds of tiny ants carried the dead wasps from one side of the balcony to the other !! Yes, we reported it to the maid whom we saw 3 times during our 10 day stay and she came and swept up the ants on two occasions. but there was a new pile of them everyday. If this was classified as a superior room, then I would hate to see what the regular rooms were like. The entertainment was mediocre at best. pool closed at 6pm and didnt open til 9 am. For those of us ( and there were many) that wanted a swim before breakfast we were not able to. There were never any clean towels for the pool. if you didnt get there before 9,30 you were lucky. After that they kept saying 20 minutes.. 20 minutes later they would say another 20 minutes. We ended up walking to the next smakk shopping mall and buying ourselves our own beach towels - problem solved. We were VERY dissapointed. we will not return there. There was only one really nice waitress in the huge restuarant who always had a smile, gave her a nice tip as she was really making an effort all the time. none of the others smiled, they all looked fed up

This is a great value for the price I paid. I decided to stay an extra night. Definitely recommend

Una gran decepción – no lo recomiendo para extranjeros ni para quienes buscan calidad Reservé este hotel para pasar un fin de semana relajado con mi pareja, ya que estaba trabajando en el país. Lamentablemente, fue una verdadera pesadilla. El hotel claramente no está preparado para recibir huéspedes extranjeros. Está más enfocado en excursiones locales con familias muy numerosas, lo cual afecta gravemente la calidad del servicio. El check-in fue caótico y tardó más de una hora y media, además de otros 30 minutos para que nos asignaran una habitación. El personal es claramente insuficiente y muchos no tienen preparación para tratar con clientes, especialmente si no hablan el idioma local. Aunque la infraestructura del hotel es aceptable, el servicio de "todo incluido" es de muy baja calidad. La comida y las bebidas dejan mucho que desear. Las bebidas “buenas” hay que comprarlas por botella (¡ni siquiera por copa!) y los vinos que sirven en el buffet son de caja de cartón. Preguntamos varias veces por una botella de vino y ni los meseros sabían cómo conseguirla. El servicio fue muy lento y desorganizado. El buffet estaba sucio, mal presentado y con comida poco apetecible. Incluso perdí el apetito al ver cómo se presentaba la comida y cómo se comportaban algunos de los demás huéspedes. En la playa, los tragos del "todo incluido" eran intragables, con un sabor tan artificial y desagradable que parecía gasolina. Si querías algo bebible, había que pagar. La área de la piscina era

Very good, the buffet in the morning is not so good, but for the lunch it was perfect. The room was perfect. The housekeeping was very nice.
