The Riande Urban is in a solid location with a grocery store nearby and plenty of great food options within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, and the amenities like the pretty pool and the rooftop jacuzzi are nice perks.
However, the property is showing its age. The furniture is quite outdated, even in the common areas, and I noticed the bonded leather (synthetic) upholstery starting to peel and crack. It was a reasonable stay for the price, but we were looking for something a bit more modern.
