Penthouse suite was amazing. Lots of room, nice terrace.

No air condition, face the construction site which was very loud early in the morning. Wifi and electric charging were not working after 12:00am. No kettle or water in the room. Shower faucet was not working on the first day of stay. No consistent service.

Easy to walk anywhere particularly along the canal with lots of restaurants.

Room was dark and hot with no air con or drink making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, attractive room. Short walk from M2 metro. A few steps from Nyhavn trampoline park, Knippebro havnbus, Magasin du Nord etc. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Excellent service in very practical hotel. Small features, but very economical. Not hotel’s fault but construction across the street my in July 2025 was noisy.

We stayed in a 3-bed unit in an adjacent building. Felt like a dingy college dorm room. No frills. Run down. Gross. Our heater in the bathroom didn’t work though I reported it to Sebastian a number of times. He just kept saying it will start working soon. It never did. On two nights I heard what sounded like a rodent in the walls.

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the room was so small, dark and claustrophobic. Elevator only takes one person at a time. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable. No thermostat so room was hot. Lots of street noise in the morning.

Lovely little hotel. Fantastic staff. Very well located.

Minutes from the Metro, easy to get to and smooth check in. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Mange Tak!

Great location but the shower didn’t have a curtain or door. Water al around the bathroom was a mess and dangerous. The street noise is constant all night long.

Convenient City center location

Excellent location. Room was small but comfortable. Hot water was inconsistent. No maid service even during our 8 night stay so bathroom got a little yucky.

This hotel is walking distance to all the beautiful sites to visit.

The hotel is in a great location, but it was super noisy. There is no air conditioning and so to make the room comfortable you have to open the windows, but the street noise was so bad that It made it impossible to sleep until thing finally quieted down around two in the morning. Also, The beds were not comfortable at all, and the mattress was legitimately about 2 inches thick. We attempted to change hotels after the first night, but they refused to let us cancel the remaining nights of the reservation saying there was nothing they could do. What they should have said was there’s nothing they were willing to do other than keep my money even though they failed to provide. I would choose any place but this.

Amazing location. Great for a quick dtay in copenhagen

I stayed here as a solo traveler during a 15 hour layover in Copenhagen, and it was the perfect location. It was a short walk from a nearby train station, and then many of the main Copenhagen attractions were just a short walk away. I was able to see a lot in just a few morning hours before heading back to the airport. The room itself was basic and small, but I knew that when I booked it and it was perfect for me. I was a little concerned that I had a late flight and wouldn't make it there before reception closed. The hotel did not respond quickly to my concerns via email, however, luckily they did finally respond the day before my arrival and said that they could send self-check-in instructions should reception already be closed. Luckily, I made it there with about 30 minutes to spare. I had a difficult time figuring out how to get the electricity in the room on. It's a separate switch rather than a key card, and just flipping that switch does nothing so I didn't realize I had to flip another one to see if it was on. I am unsure if my room had AC, but didn't want to go back down and ask after I'd already asked about the electricity, so I just opened the window for a bit. I didn't see a thermostat anywhere, just the heater under the window and there are no fans in the room either. The room was super clean though and staff friendly. It was perfect for my one night stay, and a great location. I just probably wouldn't stay there for an extended period of time.
