We were pleasantly surprised as we were expecting a boring business hotel. The room was much better than we expected. We had a comfortable 1 night stay. The staff were very welcoming and we had a nice drink in the bar. We didn’t have the breakfast though as we were meeting friends in town. It was the start of the Oktoberfest, so there were no reasonably priced rooms in the city. This hotel is easy to get to on the S-Bahn. We would come out again to stay.

I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive at NH Muenchen OST conference hotel, especially from Michele. Michele always goes the extra mile to help and does so with a positive attitude. He is consistently kind, polite, and professional, making every interaction a pleasure. What stands out even more is his remarkable talent for languages and genuine enthusiasm for learning and practicing new ones. NH München Ost Conference Center is a nice and comfortable hotel and a particularly good choice when visiting Messe München. There is a direct bus connection to the exhibition grounds, which makes getting there very convenient. The nearest metro/S-Bahn station is around an 800-metre walk from the hotel, with a direct connection to Marienplatz. So while the hotel is outside the city centre, getting into central Munich is quite easy. Breakfast was good, with a varied selection and plenty of choice. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and practical stay, especially for business trips or events at Messe München. One thing that stood out, though, was the pricing of soft drinks. A small 0.25-litre Coca-Cola in the lobby costs €4.14 including tax, while a beer in the restaurant/bar is around €6.75. Premium hotel pricing is to be expected, but €4.14 for such a small bottle of Coca-Cola feels somewhat disproportionate and leaves an unnecessary negative impression. Apart from that, a pleasant hotel with good connections, a solid breakfast and a location that works particularly well for Messe München visitors.

We spent one night at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, kind and professional. The room was very clean, quite big, and the beds were really comfortable. We took an Uber to get to the Central Station, (München Hauptbahnhof) which took like 15 minutes. I really recommend this venue.
