The Hari Hotel delivered a truly exemplary five-star experience from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was attentive, polite, kind, and incredibly thorough throughout our stay. Everything felt top tier — from the room service and amenities to the thoughtful turn-down service each night. The attention to detail was exceptional. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The most comfortable bed! The hotel is very good in all respects although the breakfast staff need to be a little more on the ball. 3 mornings I ordered 2 poached eggs each on a piece of sour dough toast…..all three mornings they got it wrong, the first morning they forgot the toast altogether then I was charged for extra toast and jam when it came. Breakfast is very slow. Apart from that the hotel is very good.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Location is prime! Close to everything but at the same time is a quiet residential area very nice to walk around. The room was very clean, comfortable and in great condition and had a beautiful view to the park in front. Common areas very nice and personnel very pleasing.

Excellent welcome, rooms is decorated with taste and difference. This is not a regular place. We hate at the Restaurant too, very good and the service was on point. No regret the Hari is a place to visit in. London

A beautiful boutique luxury hotel. The small size and cosy ambience were a big plus - and the 'sustainability' credentials were appreciated. There is a very nice restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and breakfast - served by professional but friendly staff. We will return.
