Staff were extremely helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Extremely spacious rooms and equipped with fridge, glasses, plates etc. Location was just outside the old town and in a quiet residential area. Excellent week in Bratislava 👍

Great place, roomy apartment. Friendly staff.

This apartment at Mamaison was more than I expected! It was really comfortable with a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and sink, and the other one with a toilet and sink. The closets were enough for our needs. The refrigerator was a good size for a short stay. Everything was lovely! The receptionist was super kind and very friendly! My husband and I really loved our stay here.

Great small hotel, the suites are large very comfortable bed and clean. Be prepared to walk, only 10-15 min walk to centre Old Town. Definitely recommend!!

No issue's at all, Check-in was a 3pm, they got my room ready early, and was allowed in by 2pm. Feally friendly staff, nice big studio room with comfy sofas, good Aircon.

Nice hotel, very pleasant staff. Out of the city centre but not far to walk. A bit of a hill if that is an issue (it wasn't for me). Room clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel just 10-15 minutes from the sights of the old town and public transport to the wider area. Good breakfast selection.

Highly recommended, location is perfect for city break, in a quiet residential neighborhood, a quick 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Spacious and bright room with lots of shelves & wardrobe space and really nice comfy bed. The hotel is on a little hill so walking to the venue may not be for everyone. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great rooms great hotel but i wouldn't go back because of it being up hill i have bad knees i should have done more research not far from old town if you don't mind the walk great hotel even sell beer and wine at reception

Hotel staff were friendly and the room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Some of the furniture, decor and appliances were a bit outdated/ scuffed but over all the stay was good. Wifi worked well and the hotel itself is in a convenient and nice area of Bratislava. Really like the emphasis on being eco-friendly.

It was a large space with A/C. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to several attractions and eating establishments. We enjoyed the use of the onsite laundry facilities.

The hotel is on a hill. It's a residential area and nice and quiet. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable for my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff with a warm welcome on arrival. Our room was lovely, clean and tidy. The water pressure in the bathroom was great which was fabulous for relaxing baths and showers after long days walking and sightseeing.
