Third time this year have to say every time just a great location. The staff super helpful warm and friendly definitely will be back again.

The hotel was in a great area and we were close to the city (drivable distance). We had a really good breakfast included in the price and parking! However gym area is a bit bad. Room is a a decent size but, the bed was really uncomfortable with a dent towards the middle, soft too.

In few words, the Hotel is not a 4 star level. They should not sell as 4 Star ... International 4 Stars Hotel are much higher level than this one... the room was old, the wall was dirty and scratch from all previous customers luggage's the breakfast was included, but the coffee machine system was a joke... The shower basement was dirty from years of non proper's cleaning. The desk is without any electrical plugs and the near one is on the night table...

It was a bit difficult to find because Google maps sends you to the wrong location. That driveway into the hotel is closed. You have to enter on Via del Popolo. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very confident. Parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Great stop over. Restaurant wasn’t open the day went. But recommend a restaurant nearby. Breakfast was good choice

I wish I had read the reviews in more detail before booking. don’t understand how they say they are a 4 star hotel and have a 8+ review. The hotel is very outdated with small rundown rooms. Their AC is barely running if at all. I had to make several requests to get someone to help with the AC and it took them 5 days to fix. The person at the front desk kept on insisting it was working. It wasn’t until the maintenance staff came to our room and realized it was 27c that they had a problem. Opening the window to cool down only brought in mosquitoes. There were a few nice people (Petra? and Elizabeth) who were great. The location requires either a 30 minute walk into town or a 20 euro return trip. Nothing is near by. Please avoid this mess unless you like poor service, small run down dirty rooms and no AC.

The rooms were in poor condition and had the following issues: - ants all over the floor - water from the shower would leak into the bedroom - no air flow in the bedroom. Heater and air conditioning does not work - mini frige did not work - theres no need for a huge glass door between the bathroom and bedroom when the room is already so small This hotel is a 2 star hotel
