Property is in a poor sketchy area of town and is in poor condition. Key passes worked on rooms but not fitness area or external doors.

I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Everything was clean and top notch. Loved the oversized bath towels. I do have two suggestions. First. Maybe some larger trash cans, they were tiny and second maybe a night light in the bathroom. Having to turn on the overhead light at 2am was not good

Staff was not friendly. Terrible!!!! Bed was too soft. I got handicap room which I strongly disliked. Staff in the bistro couldn’t be bothered to help. If you asked for drink of any kind they acted sooooo inconvenienced. Night front desk lady barely spoke to me nor looked me in the eye. Hate it there

Nothing was organized when I got to the property and I was double charged for my stay. Very disappointed in total and there was no resolution available

Clean, safe place

Stayed here for a concert at the Alabama Theater. Easy parking easy check in walkable to many restaurants and the Theater. Would stay again

Its was ok for what we where there for / I thought the bed sheets could have been more clean on one queen bed there was stain all over it, the room Seem very dusty and on the counter of bath room was hair and baseboards dirty

Wonderful hotel for families

It was a hotel.

Great place to stay if you have an appointment at UAB Hospital.

I have stayed at other Marriott hotels. This one was very disappointing.The carpet was old and appeared to have ground-in-dirt and my sister said the rim of the toilet was disgusting. I’m amazed that there is no cleaning service or linen changes during your stay. This used to be part of good hotel practices. I will not stay here again.

Great place, easy access to UAB

Room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed.

The staff couldn’t be nicer but the hotel should have a kiosk in the lobby where guests can pay for their parking. The ambulance noise kept me up till 4 am. Finally got up at 6 and left! I stay in Birmingham once a month and have tried every hotel. This is one I will not stay at again!
