Very nice staff, very helpful, food good and cleaning well done.

All staff, from the front desk personnel to the waiters in the restaurant, to the concierge, were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with a great view of the water. The room was made perfectly every day. The breakfast buffet was very good. I will definitely stay there again.

Very outdated. Furniture and amenities destroyed. Everything is old and bad condition. Will not stay again. It is a motel! Not a 5 star hotel! Expedia team should be responsible when recommending places to stay. Disappointed.

We knew the restaurants at the hotel were closed, what we didn’t expect was the areas to have been abandoned. It was eeery. The hotel also looked like it wasn’t being maintained whilst the ownership dispute was ongoing. The hotel was tired looking. The hotel staff did a great job keeping the hotel running, but it was a significant downgrade from past years we’ve stayed. Such a shame, with an impact on our trip.

Top quality service

We knew about the referb work at the hotel but found the hotel to be tired and in urgent need of the referb. We stayed in the hotel 13 years previously and really enjoyed our stay but I guess the passing of time affected it. I'm sure it will be lovely when it gets completed.

Amazing staff they went out above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Dinner at the poolside restaurant is better than any restaurant I tried in town.

poor quality hotel, Very dated, scruffy, room upgrade was a waste of money, I am a frequent traveller and always use 5 star and rely on traveller reviews. This is is the first time. I will not be returning . Not worthy of the high reviews, price or 5*

Great location for what we needed, hotel car park was not accessible anlthough there was anlrernate parking free nearby. Our outdoor jacuzzi could have been hotter and cleaner. Breakfast was excellent.

we had a nice, relaxing 5-day stay and enjoyed our terrace with hottub, which is a Junior Suite on the roof. That part was great. However, there is limited dining and no parking, but we were pre-warned about that. The hotel and room need updating there were many things worn out or not working - the taps had lost their chrome coating, the oven hotplates had a extractor fan and light which didn't work, and a lot of the wood trims were worn and needing repair and repainting. Around the hotel was run down, the beach bar was shut there was only one dining option, nothing more outside the hotel except a 15 - 20 min walk to Puerto Banus. For us it was fine as we had a car, but the hotel is not well located for easily dining out. Would we go back? Maybe, if the room was offered at a good rate.

Wonderful hotel. Will visit again

We really liked our stay. The views are just breathtaking, it is quiet and very relaxing environment. My toddler enjoyed the beach daily and loved his morning and evenings walks. I appreciated the convenience of constantly having taxis available. We will definitely come back.
