The view is unbeatable. The location is great. Sadly it’s as the others said. Staff is very accommodating but the property is a three star at best.

It was absolutely lovely . Spacious clean room with a decent size terrace Excellent shower , air conditioning worked amazingly. Rooms cleaned brilliantly every day and at a time that suited. Lovely breakfast, and on top of that a fantastic location with a short walk to the marina , the beaches nearest the hotel were even better than the ones near the marina . Pool area was great too , large clean pool , comfy sunbeds and attentive staff. Thank you we loved it .

T The 5 star is not accurate unless you looking fir 5 star hotel apartment. Furniture and decorating materials are dated and pool is small given the size of the hotel.

Lots of outdoor area were closed the bed was bit hard other than that the room was clean the staff was friendly good breakfast loved the lady making an omelette

Always outstanding service and location 10/10. Sadly there is some kind of dispute so the beach side restaurant etc is closed.

Everything is excellent great hotel it’s not new but it’s very nice and location the best and plenty off parking

Rooms old, hallways old. Paint chipping. Sheets had to be changed due to stains and was told they are so small. Ended up not changing pillow cases even with red spots as was made to feel guilty. Breakfast was excellent!

All staff, from the front desk personnel to the waiters in the restaurant, to the concierge, were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with a great view of the water. The room was made perfectly every day. The breakfast buffet was very good. I will definitely stay there again.

Very outdated. Furniture and amenities destroyed. Everything is old and bad condition. Will not stay again. It is a motel! Not a 5 star hotel! Expedia team should be responsible when recommending places to stay. Disappointed.

Room was lovely and the staff were fantastic

We knew the restaurants at the hotel were closed, what we didn’t expect was the areas to have been abandoned. It was eeery. The hotel also looked like it wasn’t being maintained whilst the ownership dispute was ongoing. The hotel was tired looking. The hotel staff did a great job keeping the hotel running, but it was a significant downgrade from past years we’ve stayed. Such a shame, with an impact on our trip.

Top quality service

We knew about the referb work at the hotel but found the hotel to be tired and in urgent need of the referb. We stayed in the hotel 13 years previously and really enjoyed our stay but I guess the passing of time affected it. I'm sure it will be lovely when it gets completed.
