Great hotel, good breakfast

This location in the heart of Murcia is exceptional. The room we reserved was spacious, modern, and immaculate. The service was impeccable. We were conveniently situated near an exceptional dining establishment that offered a diverse menu and an extensive selection of beverages. Overall, it was an unforgettable and enjoyable stay.

It is an excellent hotel, with great service, great rooms, and a great location.

Great location right behind the Cathedral.

The breakfast is very good and my bathroom was newly remodeled. The room was ok and there is a residential building right next to the hotel. It is in the downtown area so it is in a great location because but is not worth the money I paid.

A very pleasant hotel with an excellent restaurant. We had a 6 night stay in a superior room and were very comfortable. As we were there during the madness and mayhem of Easter weekend and the bando de la huerta, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the hotel and the restaurant’s willingness to fit us in at the last minute. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional.

Nice hotel, good location. BUT.... it would have been very helpful to know that an area of about a kilometre around the hotel was closed to traffic due to a festival, which also meant hardly any restaurants were open. We spent about an hour literally going round in circles (and squares) trying to navigate the city and finally found a parking space about 2km away, from where we had to walk carrying bags. By contrast, a hotel we previously stayed at in Almeria emailed us with road closure details and advised on the best car park - they got a very good review.

The hotel is located central to the cathedral and other important sights. I liked the room and my terrace but did not use much as Holy Week and a lot of fun outside. I did try on Sunday but neighbor was smoking and I am allergic. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wish water was free

Muy lindo todo.

Stayed for one week - no change in breakfast options. The same day in day out. No soundproofing, walls are paper thin could hear a pin drop above us.

Hotel is located in a great area. Staff was courteous & friendly. Parking in the front however was the only problem. To drop off and load bags is limited to one car & there was always a car parked there with blinkers on. Other than that, highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and staff members were very friendly and polite.

Very nice The showers are a little uncomfortable but the hotel is very nice
