Convenient location off HWY 410

DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST! It was a microwaved sandwich and lukewarm coffee for $9.00 Definitely NOT worth it. Spoiled my stay

Bathroom toilet dirty Sofa in room stained and looked badly used Drapes had holes in them Side table on right side of bed had coffee stain under the phone. Only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. Very disappointing for a Marriott chain hotel

Very nice hotel, the staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly. The bistro is also excellent. Our rating really applies to the pool and spa area. The roof seems to have a leak, for some time now. Plaster/drywall is falling down next to the hot tub leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling and a mess on the floor.

People are friendly but not really helpful.

Relatively clean but had a mild smell of cooking food. Specifically Indian food. Which while delicious is a bit off putting in a hotel. Things were run down and slightly dusty. My aircon didn't work but that was resolved pretty quickly.

Good space parking

This hotel needs a serious update. Everything is broken, dirty, and worn out. Even the parking lot looked like it hadn’t been maintained in 50 years with huge pot holes and loose gravel. The layout of the hotel is good, but it is very run down.

Lack of sufficient staff to support the hotel guest. Staff was pleasant and friendly but it appeared they did not have the staff necessary to provide the services to their guest.

Room was cozy, great amenities like 24/7 gym and a pool open with good hours. Only thing u didn’t like was that I booked this room because it included breakfast as per Expedia website but didn’t get any. It was between in room jacuzzi with no breakfast and the room I chose with breakfast. Other than that my stay was good!

The room was clean and tidy. We checked in and wanted to go swimming but they had the pool closed for swimming lessons and wouldn't be available until 5:30pm. We have small kids and 5:30pm is dinner time plus we had activities planned for the evening. It was very disappointing that hotel guests were not allowed access to amenities we paid for with our stay. On top of that the slide is only open for 3 hours in the morning on weekends only.

The staff were wonderful, but the rooms were a bit dated, the bathtub was a bit rusty and the mirror and ceiling had splatters that looked like a horror movie. Check in and out were seamless.

Well to start there is no notification that this hotel is housing refugees, which I was put in a room next to them. The hotel was fairly empty from what I could see, they should have distinct areas for paying customers. The room/bed especially was not up to par for price paid, and bed did have a distinct odor to it. I had to sleep with my clothes on for the night. There was bags of food garbage left in the hallway in the early morning when I left for work. ***Courtyard Marriot should post when they are housing refugees*** at a certain hotel. First time I have ever been really disappointed with or complained about a stay at a hotel. Breakfast not included for the price that was paid, I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and been provided at least a complimentary breakfast.
