Es el mejor hotel que hay cerca del aeropuerto.

We do like this hotel, we make the drive twice a year and have made this one of trip stops for sure! The staff is friendly and mostly helpful, I know it’s not their fault but we travel with two service dogs. On the website it clearly states service animals are exempt from pet fees, however each time we get charged the pet fee. I understand I really do, but either make changes to the website or make sure your staff is aware of the service animals. Thanks

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed very clean and staff are very friendly and polite

The hotel is close to the airport so it is extremely convenient

It's great that pets are accepted, however, these rooms are two flights of stairs down from the lobby with no elevator. Desk staff were reluctant to offer any solutions until I pressed them. Disappointing stay, overall.

Hotel under renovation elevator don’t work

Shower floor dangerously slippery. Elevator doors close after very short time. They close fast and hard so I have bruises on both arms from the fast closing doors.

Bad cable TV . Some constructions in place .
