I was attending a function at the hotel so stayed for two nights. I had booked the superior room. Room was excellent with no complaints and had a superb view over the Swan River. The function was well catered for. On the last night I dined in the in-house restaurant. The meal was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when in Perth.

Wonderful pagoda experience it feels like going home to a nice house every time I stay here the staff are really friendly and helpful it has a nice relaxed vibe and clean . The restaurant is wonderful here too especially the 2/3 course special options if you like dining out experience. Pool area good though it’s a bit cold at the moment as it’s winter some hotels have a more heated pool option but location of this hotel and nearby really good restaurants make up for any cold pool . It’s quite at night too unlike some other hotels so must have good sound proofing . Which is important .

We had a very enjoyable stay, fabulous amenities, breakfast was really good, plentiful and lots of choice. My only disappointment was after we checked out an hour later I realised I left a personal belongings in the room. I called the hotel and receptionist told me I had to wait until 3pm to get it back. I drove back to the hotel and said surely someone can enter the room and bring it down to me, it will take less than 2 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. The receptionist was being very difficult and claimed she was following protocol. Very disappointing.

It's a bit of a dated property. Great for a run along the lake, but there's nothing nearby. You need to walk a bit, or drive for cafes and restaurants.

Thanks for having us. Staff and admin services was so welcoming and helpful. Me and my partner cant stress enough how grateful we are for Pagoda Spa and Resort and their hospitality. We made alot of noise one night due to having abit too much to drink. Hotel manager and staff were lovely and could of revoked our accommodation at anytime due to the noise level but instead were very forgiving and allowed us to stay.

The best hotel in Perth for good customer service. Mariah on the front desk so helpful and friendly. You don’t feel scared of approaching them when you need help with anything at the hotel, unlike some other 4 /5 star hotels when you feel like there just not that interested in your stay .
