Didn't receive an upgrade, the bathroom was still dirty and had clothing from a previous guest still in it. The tub after getting out had dirt and people's old skin and hair in it after it drained.

It looked 5 ⭐ untill you got to the room. Then if give it a 2 ⭐..... Spa had to be cleaned before it's use. One would think for the price the bath would be clean, fresh milk in the fridge the air con turned on to cool the room in peak of summer before arrival... Just saying 🙄 .t was the old pagoda ballroom with a dress lick of paint

Clean, available and friendly staff. Allowed us to stay at the pool after the check out which helped with the time to spend before teh flight.

The Pagoda is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. We had a suite on the top floor with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The room is large, clean and cosy, with a nice separate bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. We asked for a top floor room with balcony overlooking the pool and Pagoda gave us an excellent room at the top floor with a lovely view. The bar and restaurant service is excellent.

The staff and overall service really stood out. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating from our early arrival to daily requests. The hotel was also very clean, and the amenities — especially the pool, gym, laundry facilities, and excellent breakfast — made our longer stay very comfortable.

The room was clean and they are very generous with restocking. Staff were relaxed and friendly. The pool area is relaxing with lots of shade. The lifts are a bit slow, the carpets are a bit old but it’s a good location with nice river views if you don’t mind freeway noise. Even though it’s is double glazed it is still a bit loud if you go outside.

I don’t know why but the whole building felt ghostly. As soon as I got in to the bed felt scratchy couldn’t sleep well. This is a place you would go one time and then that’s it. I’m sorry for this. The room smells old and the bathroom sink is backed the night I was there. I felt like no one stayed in the room for awhile.

Needs a deep clean, the air conditioner was disgustingly dirty, windows and sills were very dirty

The welcome was really nice and everyone was so helpful, nothing was too much bother for them…wonderful staff need to be congratulated on their customer service. Will definitely be back
