Our room was clearly newly renovated and we felt it was exceptionally clean. The lobby area is very clean and renovated. The gym was spacious and had everything you needed for a good workout, although machines are quite dated they are functional. The pool area was also very clean and loungers were comfortable. The pool did look like it needed cleaning on the sides and bottom of the pool so we didn’t go in. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and new renovated rooms. It was a pleasure to stay here, I would definitely stay here again.

The weather was very hot and the air conditioner in the room was struggling, but we managed OK. Breakfast is very nice for 12 Euro, and the pool was welcome in the hot weather, but for some strange reason you have to wear a cap in the pool. I have not experienced this anywhere in the world before.

Excellent customer service, very comfortable family room (lovely beds) and a very good ethos of sustainability. Best for those by car, but also accessible from nearby rail station via an underpass.

When we discovered that the elevator did no go directly to the floor our room was on, we asked to be moved. We were told that we had booked the cheapest room in the hotel and if we wanted to move we had to pay about 30% more. When we booked,we were not told any of this, so I consider it a bait and switch. Also, the hotel is large, but seemed fairly empty. So they could easily have been more accommodating. The staff was unfriendly and made it feel like they were doing us a favor. The A/C went off in the middle of the night so the room was airless. The internet seemed to drop out frequently. The surrounding area is semi industrial, and very uninviting. Surprisingly good considering the location. It's a convenient business hotel but also a great base for a visit to Verona which is in easy reach. Fantastic restaurant and breakfasts were amazing.

check in was excellent with a wonderful lady think her name was Miriam. Her english was brilliant and she was most welcoming. we loved everything about the hotel even the proximity to the trains. one draw back was the restaurant staff. one waitress in particular was quite rude. was more interested in the larger parties and we asked for drinks which did not arrive, when she remembered it was too late as we had finished. we did not eat in there again as it was not a pleasant experience. that said, the food was excellent, just the service poor. Great location for visiting Venice and Verona and the winery Borga Rocca Sveva. a must for anybody visiting the area. the old town was so beautiful too.

This place was amazing!! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I cannot express enough what a wonderful stay we had here. The breakfast, the complimentary before dinner drinks, the food at their restaurant, the breakfast, the pool, the room, the lobby .. all wonderful!! I would def go back if I go back to Italy !!!

A good room, excellent service and breakfast. Did not like: the inability to turn off the air conditioner if desired. His sound interferes with sleep.

On arrival the staffs were very rude and forced us to upgrade my room.

Great location, 5 min walk to train station. Hotel grounds and pool are beautiful, the breakfast choices are absolutely amazing. Garda easy to reach by car and town of Soave is close by, where we enjoyed a wine tour an amazing hidden gem.

Nice hotel - very good breakfast. Had the superior rooms, which was very nice with outstanding King- size bed. Good parking for free. Close to supermarket.
