Nous avions réservé une chambre triple avec vue sur la mer et à notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre double avec vue partielle. Lorsque nous avons dit que nous avions une chambre triple avec vue sur la mer, ils nous ont indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre de disponible. Nous avions pourtant réservé plusieurs mois d’avance. Les employés manquaient grandement de respect et nous répondaient en riant. Le Check-in a été très long et la chambre n’était pas prête à 14h. La musique est extrêmement forte ce qui rend les nuits difficiles. Aussi, les glissades d’eau ne sont ouvertes que de 15h à 17h. Pour finir, la propreté laisse à désirer et la douche coulait tellement sur le sol qu’il fallait mettre plusieurs serviettes.

Beach view is the best

Wonderful family hotel; however, it's lacking in simple things like a coffee station in the lobby for parents to relax while children play. Not everyone wants to drink alcohol, and to say it's a Muslim country, this was disappointing. The only food options in the hotel are by the pool and hotel restaurants. Restaurants were not open all day, so that was a no. The poolside restaurant options were not great. This hotel doesn't cater to gluten-free allergies. However, if you bring your own bread, wraps, etc., they were accommodating with making the food. Its a good hotel for young families and the slides make the entire trip worth it for the children. Slide opening times 10am to 1pm Close at 1pm to 3pm Re open between 3pm and 5pm

Lovely room - ocean view- comfortable beds clean- kettle with randomly 1 cup - hairdryer- nice hotel - very nice staff - decent breakfast- a bit pricey for drinks if you are not on all inclusive- worth checking out if worth paying for all inclusive- all in all good hotel and good location ☺️

Very spotless room. Cleaned once a day. Fresh towels. Food was excellent. Staff were great. Regularly stocked up on water for free. Good wifi connection. Clean spotless hotel. Loved every minute of it.

Great location!

Lovely break, great Seaview, would have preferred bottle opener in the room just for convenience. Would be useful to have a shop to buy snacks and forgotten toiletries if we're being picky! Lovely hotel though.

Great hotel for families! A lot of activities and ideal location! The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful! Always there to help! The hotel itself is a little dated but overall great experience! Would stay again!

Staff and service. They booked two sightseeing tours for us and the breakfast and dinner were immaculate at the hotel. Evening entertainment was also fab. Will be going back again next year.

Absolutely rubbish! Please avoid staying at this hotel,very outdated,we had 2 rooms & both had very bad smell,very limited breakfast option.Really bad experience from check in to check out.My kids didn’t enjoy their stay at all

This was good hotel. Staff Is very nice especially the reception and reservations staff. Food was good, Good location. My Kids loved it and I will be back with my family again
