Just super nice spot

This property needs to be renovated. Only stayed here because I got a really affordable price. The pool looked as if it was not cleaned for weeks. Very disappointed in that.

The woman who ran the breakfast area was outstanding. She was present to refill, clean up the area and provide any needed service. She was friendly and accommodating and obviously takes pride in her work.

I liked the pet friendly option . The beds and bedding was clean and comfortable. I liked the different options for pillows (softer to firmer). The carpet was a bit smelly and unhygienic. Was not comfortable using bare feet. A great upgrade/reno for this property would be to remove the carpet and go with wood or vinyl floors.

SpringHill is our favorite but this one was very disappointing. Not the typical room size or bedding we are accustomed to having when we stay here. Also only one plug anywhere near the beds. The bathrooms were tiny! We would choose somewhere else if we were back in the area.

Cold water never got hot

The beds were fine. The sofa bed was disgusting. We put it away and just made up the sofa. Breakfast options were mediocre.

We were happy with the hotel . The front desk staff were friendly & accommodating. The room was clean .we requested extra pillows because they were quite thin . Breakfast was ok . The only thing I would suggest is they add some shelving in the shower. No place to put anything and a hanger or two on the door would be helpful . I would definitely stay here again

Clean room, lots of space. Location is very good with plenty of restaurants nearby, several of them walkable. The breakfast was solid with an assortment of grains, cereals and bagels also eggs and sausage for those watching their carbs.

Everything was outstanding the room smells good and very clean 👌

Large rooms ,clean

Not sure why my roommate and I received a handicap room but it was not requested by neither of us and on top of that we had no hot water during the entire stay. Completely unacceptable!!

Perfect

The room was spacious and was laid out very well. Within short walking distance to several restaurants. Shopping centers right down the road, Walmart was conveniently right down the road when I had to run down and grab something that I forgot. I didn't go to the movie theater but it was also just around the corner. I will be staying here again.
