The resort is amazing

Absolutely loved staying at the Majestic Colonial. The pool was amazing and having pool access from our room was perfect. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Steak and Seafood beach front restaurants were the best. The Caribbean restaurant and bathroom next to it in the lobby bad smell horrible of sewage back up. Not great to smell. Thats the only downfall. Will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous property with very friendly staff and great restaurant options with tasty food. I loved the swim up bars and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything clean and beautiful. Clear pools and easy access to the amazing beach & bar on the beach. 100% recommend this property!

One of the largest resorts in Punta Cana and Majestic is definitely recommended for vacation. The beach is very beautiful and very chill. You can find a drink almost easily in the hotel as there are a lot of bars there.The food overall is not bad but I would not recommend the Japanese and French for my personal experience. The stake house and international are highly recommended.

Overall great stay! We did not want for anything the entire time , the animation team was our favorite part ,mainly in the main pool. Sandy Nunez (Bimba) was hilarious and entertaining . Waitstaff was on top of all of our needs !

Our third time to Punta Cana. But first to this resort. Was awesome. We went with 13 and 16 yr olds and it was a great blend of fun, simple games, great music in the buffet, amazing food and nice people. As we went in May, the resort wasn’t as packed and the crowd was big enough for a good vibe but small enough the lines/waits for things weren’t crazy long. The shuttle to and from we did privately and was fast. Beds were comfy and the beach and pool super clean. Best experience at a resort in Dominican!! - the Harris’

You can confidently book this resort for your vacation! The property is beautiful, beach is amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was great with plenty of options. Entertainment was fun! Room was clean but could use decor update - however not a problem for us because we spent so little time there. Bring plenty of small bills for tips, as tips are welcomed everywhere! Expect to have an amazing time vacationing at Majestic Colonial!

We loved this resort so much. We stayed for a week for my thirtieth birthday and it did not disappoint. The food options were great and our favorite was the beachfront restaurant for breakfast and the hibachi for dinner. The beach amenities were great and we enjoyed the night activities. Could not recommend this place enough.

Great resort. Room was nice. The pool was great. The beach was fantastic. Although alot of different venders walk the beach. Ths food and alcohol choices were really good. Plenty of bars around the property. The only knock was I ordered anniversary decorations package as a surprise for my wife for a certain time and they came to early and ruined the surprise. The staff is amazing friendly though. Also they did not have the beach gazebo dinner reserved ready in time ( It had rained earlier but enough time had passed to prepare). That was also a ruined surprise. But I definately recomme d this rssort for both couples and families.

I liked a food variety, friendly environment, abilty to communicate with management and their willingness to resolve any issues/requests. The facility overall are great! Thank you General Manager Vanessa!!!

The grounds were kept in pristine condition. They had workers around the clock keeping the place looking great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It really made our stay magical.

I really recommend the resort the people was very nice and resort is very clean is good for adult and kids i really appreciate the grupo of people who that’s the activity Cristina,Sara,Luis the are very very nice person the food was every good the drinks overall is very nice we are planning to coming back again front desk good costumer services too

This was our 14th trip here and we are still very happy with this resort. Everyone is friendly, smiling and always willing to lend a helping hand if you need it. The people in the buffet- Juan, Marisol, Thomas in the buffet up front, Fausto, Christian, Cruz and Maria at the lobby bar, Carolina at the piano bar, Katie, July and Catherine at the adult swim up bar, just a shout and and huge thank you for making us feel like family. Also a thank you to our butler Jacob for taking good care of us. Food we had everywhere was good as were the cocktails. Just a great time! A special thank you to the front desk for handling the problem we had in our room promptly.

We loved our butler Yefferson! He was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed! Some of the other staff were less than inviting and made you seem as though you were an inconvenience! With that being said our stay was amazing the food was great with lots of options for even the picky eaters! I would 100% return again
