Minutes from everything the city has to offer. Tucked away on a quiet street. Spacious and clean rooms, and the staff are fantastic.

Excellent service by the staff, very accomodating. Location was excellent, walk able and those areas need transportation, the tram was just down the street. Thank you.

Lovely guesthouse. Friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms. Compact but clean and tidy. Housekeeping everyday was excellent with fresh bottles of water in the room. Quiet location too. Family friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast room wasn’t big enough to accommodate all the guests and there was no booking system which means often there was a lengthy queue and it could feel rushed.

The Kilronan House was a perfect place to stay for us. The staff was very accommodating in every way and the location was great as it was an easy walk to the action in Dublin but out of the midst of it, providing a little sanctuary from the crowds. Breakfast each morning was delicious too!

Love the vintage vibe & decor of this hotel. Breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly. Toiletries provided. Only downside is there is no elevator & our room was on 3rd level. The owner kindly helped with luggage but for checkout we were on our own.

I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Kilronan Guest House. I arrived approximately 8:30 pm on June 9th, checked into my room and found the heat was not working, when I inquired about the situation I was informed that the boiler had been shut down for the season…it was 11 degrees celsius that evening. I ended up leaving around 11:30 pm and driving back to Belfast. I'm really glad I had a car, otherwise I would've been stuck in Dublin freezing my tail off. They refunded a portion of what I paid for the night. I just wish things had worked out differently as I had several things booked and paid for ($400 down the drain)

Quant hotel, convenient for exploring Dublin attractions. Our room was on the top floor (no elevator, but no problem), so be Europe-prepared with your choice of luggage and footwear! Breakfast was the best of any of the places we stayed in Ireland, but as others have noted, service was a bit slow. We were able to store our luggage after getting off a red eye flight, which was great.

Good price and location for the time I was visiting. Small single room however this was expected and I was out most of the day anyway. Would be difficult with a larger suitcase but with my bag it was fine

It was my very first time traveling to Ireland, and Kilronan Guesthouse just made that experience a hundred times better :) I loooooved their Breakfast. Many to choose from, and they were delicious. The best homemade Granola I’ve had in my life!!!!!! My room was small, but it had everything I needed and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. From the Guesthouse, I almost always just walked to Dublin city center because the streets were flat and easy to navigate. And most importantly, all staff were welcoming and helpful! I would most definitely choose to stay at Kilronan when I visit Dublin again!

This property is in a charming guest house located in a period home near Dublin's Georgian row houses. The staff was gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Be prepared to climb stairs, though (we were on the fourth floor). We did not have air conditioning or a ceiling fan in our room. Luckily the weather cooperated, but I wondered if it would have been as comfortable in warmer (70 degree F) weather.

Property was very tired. Breakfast food is good but the service is terrible. Nothing is self serve. Waited 50 minutes for food to arrive one morning and 30 minutes the next. Almost missed our city tour. Couch and chair in room worn out.
