Rooms need updates. Most things are loose especially bathroom. Toilet needs to be fixed and stop running. Walls stay wet. Chairs are looking dirty. Everything stays damp, got to wash everything now. Your maintenance guys start their loud blowers at 7am waking everyone up. Your location next to a bar on Saturday, kept everyone up till after 1:00 am real loud music. You ran out of oatmeal for a few days. Do I need to add more. Poor stay and would not come back. Disappointed.

The room had a nice set up and was clean. The shower was hot with good pressure. We were in a king with a sleeper sofa. My issue were the fridge leaked water on the floor. They offered to let us switch rooms but we didn't want to. The toilet ran a lot and we had to jiggle it to stop it. The breakfast was basic waffles cereal things like that. The tv channels were extremely limited all news channels.

I rated the staff excellent because the young woman and young man on the day shift were truly awesome. Kind and professional. However, i was there from Friday to Sunday and my linens were never changed and my garbage wasnt taken out. Also, when my family came to pick me up, there was a...used(Um...protection?)on the floor in the parking lot right where she parked.

Nice and clean for a great price

Very disappointint stay. The room was full of dust and dirt. A poorly done paint job, a hole in the tub, huge dent in the shower, super uncomfortable couch and not much better of a bed. The desk chair practically fell apart when we sat on it and the TV was probably the smallest in existence. Workers hanging around outside the rooms smoking. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. Their bagels were extremely dry, fruit was old, and the rest was mediocre. We were staying since it was so close to UCF for a family graduation. We took every chance possible to get out of the room since it was so poor. We definitely would not stay again and it was no where near worth almost $200 for one night. Since we were committed and there were no other hotels available nearby, we toughened it oit. It strictly became a place to sleep. Would not recommend. If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel, I promise it's worth a further drive. Appreciated them "trying" to make it look more modern, however, they did a very poor job.

Close to UCF

My shower in Room 141 never got hot I asked to be moved yesterday they said no due to Graduation at UCF

Ok for one night Breakfast was ice cold eggs but the waffle was good Room was fine Clean and comfortable Front desk was efficient

The manager was very understanding and nuce.

This was the only good option for an overnight trip to this side of town. I was able to check in early, was given the accessible room I requested and the room was clean. Good mini fridge! Room smelled a little moldy and there was quite a bit of noise ( kids, workers, a really annoying bird) but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of property. Glad to have it as an option when I need to visit East Orlando.

Definitely clean for an older hotel. Our door stuck somewhat and the toilet seat was loose. Both fixed immediately, staff was friendly and professional....

Pretty good for price

Call front desk about toilet overflowing. They told me to come up front to get the plunger and mop. Then sunk became backed up. So they put us in and room. Got to that room asked for towels. They never brought them. Had to get them from housekeeping as they were passing by. I guve this hotel a -10
