Great location, staff and breakfast

The beds are uncomfortable, and the Air conditioning is not real AC, it seems like some kind of water-based cooling system is used. Place was clean and very spacious, on-site parking was good, as well as price and location.

The room phone did not work and the desk reception didn’t give out the internet password. Was a real pain. The breakfast was very good! Cava for mimosas- fresh fruit. Over all a good experience. Would recommend

Room was very spacious and had good air-conditioning. View was non existent but it's a city hotel. Room was slightly dated. Did not replenish coffee tray after the first day. This service is not included. Overall pretty good location to access river and centro.

Good clean hotel,

Location is super convenient and you can reach various places of interest on foot. The only public transportation I used was the tram ride from the train station and this hotel is located very close to the exit. Room is spacious with all the amenities you need.

The hotel is well located and well maintain. Breakfast could be better adding more protein, too much bread and sugars.

The hotel has a good location, walkable to the center of the city, friendly staff, very clean, excellent in general.

We had an excellent stay at the Occidental Granada. The location can’t be beat, just a quick 10 minute walk into the main center. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly throughout our stay. We opted for the breakfast in the morning and were so glad we did. Overall a fantastic experience for the price. Highly recommend!

Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Unfortunately we booked 10 nights. We had a view of a wall, we would have thought they’d have given us something better as we stayed 10 night’s. Be warned, your tea/ coffee is only free for 1 night, then you have to pay. This is a budget coaching hotel, it’s no way 4*. We stay in Granada 3/4 times a year, we would not return to this hotel, we would rather pay more and have something more upmarket.

The best feature for anyone was the parking on site at a very reasonable price. (Learned the importance of parking after 10 days of visiting 5 other cities). Within walking distance to most of the historic sights, 1-1.5 miles). Morning breakfast buffet was excellent and a compatible price.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great and staff was really helpful! The A/C broke down and the hotel was quick to fix it. I love the neighborhood the hotel is in as it is located a little further out from the tourist center of granada and so you get to experience smaller “tascas” where the local community go to. The Hotel should consider getting a renovation

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the area and access everything we needed. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always happy to accommodate any requests. They were also incredibly helpful with local guidance and recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of variety and something to suit everyone, including healthy options for those who are more health conscious. The only downside was the gym, which was quite small and lacked some basic amenities such as exercise mats and water availability. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

The property was well located. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful, especially Carlos in the dining room. The room was quiet even though a bar was across the street.

Room was clean. Continental breakfast has almost every category of nutrition. Hotel has its own parking lot. The location is good. Walking distance to cafes.

Great stay! Convenient lovely hotel. I do think I got food poisoning from the yogurt at the breakfast buffet but its not confirmed.
