Nice, well equiped, kind staff, excelent brakfast,clean, fantastic viev.Bathroom had a lot od places where you couf put, hang your things, and towels were so soft...but shower was very small. I should say.. if a guy iz XXL he would have some problems to close the doors, otherwise it was overall a nice place.

Comfy and YES for the air conditioner. Great balcony view, adorable and helpful staff. Awesome time and prime location

Hotel is fine if you're on a budget, but don't let the name fool you! The room and bathroom are small, but that's to be expected. Dust fell from the ceiling of the lift as it rattled between floors making you glad it was only 3 stories to fall. The beds obviously have been in service a while and offer less lumber support than a water mattress. Came up on Expedia when I searched with a filter on free wifi, however, I found our when I checked in that in fact the wifi was not free and had a cost of €5 per day.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast which was included had good selection and was well stocked. The location of the hotel served our purpose well - it was easy to access either the train or the bus.

Loved Varazze nice hotel not place to have fun at nights .The town goes to sleep at 9pm

I liked this hotel because it was on a hill and I had a great view from my room and a balcony. It was however about a 20 minute walk including a large hill and small hill from the train station. Although if you're driving it's great because there is parking right outside and it's a quick 5 minute walk down to the water front. Great little town and nice if you just want to relax by the seaside. Also take the number 30 bus on the waterfront main street directly to Savona to catch your Costa Cruise. Very easy and inexpensive just get your bus ticket at any tobacco shop. Staff was nice but no maps which would have been useful.

the room was tiny, i could only get into the shower once the bathroom door was closed. we had to pay €15 per night for the air con which we were told to stop after 3 hours otherwise would start licking. The breakfast was terrible, tasteless and the choice was very restricted. Conclusion: this is an expensive hotel for what you get. Not at all happy.

This hotel was fabulous for us. All the staff were friendly & helpful, the room was clean, the beds/pillows were comfortable, breakfast was great & everything you need in the morning (bread, ham, cheese, croissants, cake, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, jams, juice, coffee), and only about 5 mins walk to the beach & 20 mins (power walk) to the train station, or 5 min cab ride. Had to pay for internet but you could purchase either E3 for 1 hr, E5 for 1 day or E10 for 24 hours over the space of a year, and we had no problems with the wifi at all while we were there. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and would go back!

We enjoyed this hotel saff friendly and helpfull .Short walk to to beach rooms clean we were up graded to a balcony room with great veiws to the sea parking was good . just wish we spent more time there

pleasant room, with small balcony overlooking the sea. Set back about 3-4 minutes walk from the seafront but overlooking the buildings in front. We were staying one night only on route and found the hotel quite comfortable and would stay again. Breakfast fairly decent and polite/helpful staff. Parking on site restricted so first come/first served applies. No adverse comments apply.

Free parking available inside gated parking area was a bonus. Restaurant had good food although very pricey. Room was clean. Quad was a queen bed with bunk beds. Bunk beds were small for teens! Was good for our purpose which was lodging for one night prior to catching curise from Savona.

A wonderful holiday in a very friendly hotel with staff so helpful at all times. Just the place for a relaxing seaside holiday as the hotel is placed a short walk from the promenade. Varazze and Hotel Palace suited us and we hope that others will take advantage of this review Pensioners from England Jill & Bruce

Piacevole Weekend Ligure!!! La struttura è un po' datata ma confortevole. Ciò che ho apprezzato di più è l’accoglienza e disponibilità della ragazza alle colazioni e ciò che secondo me andrebbe migliorato e’ la capacità di raccontare meglio la struttura. ( c’è una S.p.A. , si può pranzare e cenare ma non ho avuto informazioni in merito)

Séjour très court mais très agréable. Chambre confortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner parfait, copieux et pour tous les goûts. Personnel sympathique et compétant (plutôt rare). Ce qui est certain, c'est que nous ferons à nouveau étape dans cet établissement en rentrant de Sicile.

Non andava l’acqua calda per due giorni consecutivi. Assurdo.
