Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were absolutely incredible.

The hotel was wonderful from start to finish! The room was spacious and clean, check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around easily. I would recommend this hotel and hope to be back again soon.

The most amazing hotel !!!!! Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. We stayed in a junior Suite with a canal view which was exceptional. Breakfast is great and the coffee is fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes to St Marks square although walk back from the hotel a couple of hundred yards and there is plenty of bars and restaurants which are more chilled. A great end to our Italy trip.

There are few words to describe how magical our experience was! The staff were helpful with every request and always went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! The room was beautiful and our little balcony over the canal felt like we were living in a movie! We cannot wait to come back!

Great location. We had a canal view suite. We stayed during the heat wave and unfortunately our aircon didn’t work the best but I guess it’s not normally that hot either. Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was great.

Great place

Staff are wonderful breakfast very good but our room the bedroom was on a different level too bathroom 3 small flights wooden stairs not ideal at our age, the hotel is a lovely genuine Venice building, but due too issues with water pressure we could not shower two consecutive afternoons, this might been outside the control of hotel as I understand there was outside work taking place but after long days one needs a shower.

Friendly staff, great location and the suite was amazing

This was our first time in Venice and was very happy with this hotel. Staff was amazing and went above what we had expected Breakfast was great with good choices. Next time we visit Venice we will definitely stay here.

Our room was very very small. Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the not upgraded room. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!

Quiet location yet close to one of the main streets, short walk to station, bus terminal, Grand Canal, Rialto and St Mark's. Great restaurants all around. Very nice spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to explore Venice.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed. There was no elevator, but the host helped us bring our luggage up to our rooms, which was very kind. The property itself is well kept and beautiful inside. It was very clean and everything worked well inside the room. There was lots of storage. The breakfast was excellent and included hot food. The location is quiet but just steps away from restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to the vaporetto station 5 minutes away. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our trip to Europe and this one was our favourite. Highly recommend!
