Friendly staff and clean rooms - overall a good experience.

Location was great for its proximity to the Expo and airport, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

The property is in middle of an industrial area. We had a free continental breakfast which was available until 11am. Came back at 10:30 for a coffee while we waited for a cab but was told we could only enter once. After explaining we were still denied.

Hotel was nice, in a very industrial area though. Pretty close to the airport. Did not have laundry facilities on property like advertised. They only had a laundry service.

Great hotel. Staff was very helpful and assistive. Great breakfast and the pool is great too very clean and quiet. The only thing that’s let’s the hotel down is how far out it is from Barcelona and the nearest train station 30 min walk away. Other than that all was amazing.

Great service and room for the price

Was ok.

First room had ants and no AC, they came and sprayed room without offering to move me- I went back and the Che Michal smell was so overwhelming. It took three times going down to request to move and finally the front desk worker came upstairs to “help me fix the air” to realize the AC was in fact broken and the chemical smell was very strong. Got placed in a hallway with a 2 am guest revolving loud door banging. 50 min bus ride from the city center. Not worth it for the pool.

I liked staying here. I would stay again. No issues it was clean and appropriate for the price.

Comfortable room size and facilities. Conveniently located for an early flight out of the airport. Highly recommended

I chose this hotel for a one night stay because it was listed as close to the airport which I wanted as we had an early afternoon flight the next day. We had trouble finding the hotel as the hotel confirmation said San Boi de Llobregat and there are apparently two Crta Sana Crue de Calafella streets. My maps and then the metro lead us to the wrong street and we ended up having to take a taxi back to the correct street and our taxi was taking us to Llobregat. Do NOT mention Llobregat, just say and enter into your maps "Sercotel Sant Boi". Sant Boi is the area you want to be in to find this hotel. The hotel looks decent in the lobby area and our room was nice (the shower was a nightmare) and we had ants, lots of ants! The fitness facility was nice. The pool is decent. While sitting by the pool I realized I did not want to spend my last night in Spain at this hotel or the area it was in, there really is nothing there. I found an amazing beach called La Playa Castelldefels just a 7 minute taxi ride from the hotel which the hotel staff confirmed it was a place worth going to (and they were right). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Do not stay here if you want to be close to Barcelona's main attractions it is far. This is a decent stay for one night on your way out of Spain.
