The breakfast had no meat. For the price of the hotel and it being a Residence Inn, the breakfast was plain and the same type I’d get at a low end hotel. I expected better. Also, there wasn’t one luggage rack in our room which was a two bedroom suite for five people. Not one luggage rack!

Front desk did not have record of Expedia reservation. Had to book on my own, luckily a room was available. Still working through the refund with Expedia, which has been a major hassle.

Close to shopping and restaurants. It was a short distance to Coors Field. The rooms and hotel were very nice and it had a wonderful lobby with bar and breakfast buffet.

Walking distance to 16th street mall. Our suite had 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with kitchen. On site breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Parking costs were a bit high but at least didnt have to park downtown overnight.

Another great Residence Inn in a perfect, downtown location. Steps from the 16th St Mall, access to free busses, light rail, museums, stadiums. Safe area, and property was nice with a good breakfast included. When I travel with my family, I always try to get a Residence Inn for the kitchen and bedroom(s). My son and I stayed here for the Metallica concert and really enjoyed it.

Start not very knowledgeable. Anytime we asked for anything we got a lot of attitude. Can we get an extra towel? There are 4 of us and only 3 towels? Met with - why do you need an extra towel? We got it it just felt like we had to beg for another pillow and blanket and towel. Check in gentleman didn’t direct us to elevator bank. Want sure where to go. Made jokes about our name. Felt unprofessional all around. Asked about best option for public transportation. He shrugged and suggested Uber. Asked where to eat and he said he doesn’t eat there, but to just walk around the mall and find something. We grabbed a map, and figured it out. Not a big deal, but I’d expect someone checking in people from out of town to be a little more familiar and helpful. At least we’ve experienced that from other hotels in other cities. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Hotel was clean, felt safe and secure and room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Lady checking us out today was helpful and did help get a later check out as we had a late night. Overall great, just a few things that could be buttoned up to make that a better experience.

Everything was great except for the temperature control in the room. Unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level due to no ac unit in the room and the thermostat being unable to be changed

We asked for assistance because the air conditioning in the room didn't work, they never came, we had to go downstairs to complain and they already had another person canceling four rooms
