Todo limpio, lo único es mucho ruido alrededor,pero de lo demás todo bien

Room was hot, air conditioning was weak . Not enough towels. 4 days no room service. Had to carry dirty towels to lobby to get clean ones. And the towels weren’t much, old thin and stiff, clean but need some fabric softener and ideally replaced.

They want to charge you 150 for a pet fee than another 28 per night

These rooms are basically falling apart, you only get 1/4 of the channels they say they have, you'll be woken up by people screaming at their boyfriend at 4 am, and all the intoxicated people hanging out on the balcony. There's was 4 of us and only gave us 2 towels asked for more they only had 1 extra apparently. Sheets and "blanket" were dirty when we arrived. I'd stay away.after a week we had to call back to get the 100 dollar deposit back because they didn't refund that either.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and nice but the overall experience was just ok.

Place is run down, not in a good area and will not stay there again

We had 4 people in our double room. Because we didn't let them know we had our kids with us... They wanted to give us crap about giving us 2 more towels so everyone would have their own. It's very noisy .. the doors are like paper. Our air conditioner was leaking on our room. The bathtub is on a platform with nothing supporting it, so your head is damn near in the ceiling while showering. My son is 6'7... C'mon now. Pillows sucked. Beds are like rocks.

I did not like anything about the hotel it was 4 of us my wife, my 2 children and I and they only gave us 2 large towels I requested 2 more for my children and they told me I needed to return the first 2 towels in order to get 2 more cause they weren't allowed to give out more towels they were so petty.

Police sirens went off all night, area felt unsafe. Property old and not completely clean. Room smelt like smoke

Nice roomy, comfortable, clean room. Comfortable and relaxing bed. Having hot water to shower with instead of the customary warm water was a major plus for my stay at this establishment. The quietness, peace and calm was so enjoyable. The establishment could definitely use more lighting on the premises. There are so many hidden, dark accessible areas on the premises which pose opportunies for a crime to occur.

The rooms was for non smoking and it smelled bad and also rooms had cigarette burns on the sheets and rooms smelled like mildew and mold we went to change the room and still was no different and he told us he will give us a refund but we had to contact Expedia and we couldn’t be in contact with you guys
