Room didnt seem too clean; was there 6days & bed was made only 1 day out of 4 full days. Garbage was never removed. Pillows were flat; i requested 2 more, only received one

The service was excellent. The room was clean except for the floor. black socks after walking around for a few minutes.

Older hotel rooms pretty clean but has odor from ac unit. Had to spray with disinfectant. Beds ok but didn't like the sticky floor. I would not stay again.

I asked for a non smoking room and got one that reeked of cigarettes not to mention there were roaches EVERYWHERE

The bathroom was clogged and the shower drain was clogged as well ! Not up to date tv and in general room smelled like cigarettes smoke

It was very dirty. The bed sheets had hair in them, and the bathroom was filthy.

Check in was by far the easiest and most pleasant out of ANY other check in at any other establishment I’ve experienced, period.

Horrible location and parking. Screaming and banging on doors was going on all throughout the night.
