We had a beautiful stay - an exceptional hotel with beautiful facilities! Bed was big and exceptionally comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic and a delight everyday! The premium beach sunbeds cost more, but worth it. Only improvements I’d suggest - A better welcome and introduction on check in - the person who checked us in was extremely flat. Check out wasn’t much better to be honest. More sunbeds at the pool would be good, or even some deck chairs or something. Shower drains can smell a little.

Amenities are wonderful and location is great! Rooms are out dated.

Rooms were dated and layout was poor. Sockets were difficult to access. Kettle was in a cupboard. No milk! Had to ask for tea bags constantly. Towels not replaced. Balcony covered in bird poo. Hotel was so expensive. There is profit and then there is extortionate pricing. Soap in rooms was not refilled and staff were indifferent when asked about problems! Would not recommend! Room cards repeatedly did not work. Terrible smell in room from waste pipe took 3 days to resolve. Basically would not recommend.

First of all Split itself is a really ugly city. We came from Dubrovnik, which is beautiful so this was a total disappointment. I would not return. The hotel is fine, the rooms some of the ugliest decoration I've ever seen. Purple or green wallpaper on the sides of the room and the ceiling. Glass bathroom so no privacy if you are staying with someone. I thought the staff was aloof and unaccommodating. We had one moment when we were talking to a front desk person, his phone pinged with a text, he didn't answer, looked at his phone and walked off. I've never experienced that kind of rudeness. I guess I would not recommend this hotel at all or visiting this destination.

Nice hotel overall, clean and a great selection for breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Split city at certain times.Couldn’t get sun bed at the hotel beach area - many people using beds who weren’t guests. Staff only seemed interested when you are spending money. Limited beds by the pool. Main issue was building work going on next to hotel 12 hours a day which they didn’t tell us about, this disrupted our sleep and noise in the day.

Wonderful views and beach club! Really great breakfast included in room rate. We enjoyed staying here rather in the city center as we wanted to enjoy the beach and pool (it was a very hot week when we were there). It's only a 10-15 minute uber ride to get to the city center. I would recommend for sure!

All you can eat breakfast was very nice Room has a odd set up but was very clean really enjoyed are stay staff were very friendly

Spa, pool, breakfast and staff lovely. However rooms dated. Also most photos are of the beach club which is not part of the hotel and comes with a big cost of over 100euro to use. While the chairs to the beach on the side are free for guests most of the photos are not these.

I asked the from desk to check out at 12:30 due to a last-minute meeting.... They said no, they needed the room. I walk outside and ask the housekeeper and both said they have other rooms to get to first so it's not a problem.... Just one example of how the front desk staff was not really friendly...... Also, bathrooms were not renovated. Last complaint, I paid for a sea view, and the view was not the greatest due to putting me on a low floor. Overall..... It was ok.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very spacious. Gorgeous breakfast setting and amazing food selection. Staff were super helpful, the free shuttle was extremely convenient. Very easy to use the beach club, and also really enjoyed the hotel pool. Would recommend to anyone, and if we are back in split we would book again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel, the room felt a little outdated, Some lights in the bathroom didn't work. Staff was very polite and helpful. The Spa are is very nice. The hotel is not oceanfront, but a very short walk away from the beach. Safe area. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was lovely but we were disappointed by the near by construction work and noise and would like to have known our room would be impacted before we booked. All staff were great, breakfast was good, buffet was nice although pricey and we were told they ‘didn’t have tap water’! Given we were ordering other drinks we didn’t think it was a big ask! There is a complimentary bus into Split, the staff also were helpful before our stay in recommending a tour operator that would pick us up from the hotel. This was great for the early starts we had visiting Plitvice and Dubrovnik. We used the airport pick up service (65 euros each for 2 people each way), uber would have been a lot cheaper and I think a normal taxi too in hindsight. Overall though, we had a great stay and I would recommend it but try to avoid the room in old building.

Wonderful Amenities in a good location on city center with great access to the beach and beautiful pools. Only negative was the rooms are out of date. But we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was such a big deal. 15 minutes drive to old town split.

At first we were a little disappointed with our view because it no isn’t really a beach view - but the water view is beautiful and you can get to the beach in just a short walk. They have a very nice cabana area and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas so we did get out beach time! Everything else was magnificent - terrific food and bountiful breakfast buffet- staff was incredibly Helpful and very nice. They even scrounged up some super glue to help us repair a shoe!
