The accomodations were comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great, a real cut above the usual continental breakfast that is advertised by Spark. Seems this location delivers a better selection, well worth the stay for a good breakfast to start the day. Excellent stay, thanks Spark Brockville!

I found the price had jumped from $105 3 weeks ago to $149 this week a bit much. Overall though, it was a wonderful place to stay.

I loved how clean the hotel was; it was excellent. There was a wonderful smell when we entered the lobby, the hallways, and especially the room. In terms of cleanliness, this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. My only concern was the breakfast. I felt they needed more staff, as only one person was managing the area. This resulted in supplies like coffee, oatmeal packages, eggs, and bagels running out, and we had to wait for them to be replenished. However, the staff was very nice and friendly, and we even received a late checkout at no additional charge. I would recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again, but I hope they increase the staff at breakfast.
