The stay was very easy n comfortable. The staff was immensely helpful and friendly. The food was great. Very close to different leisure n recreational points. The rooms were very spacious. Overall very happy with the services.

Well maintained and clean property. Great dining option. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Metro station is a 2 min walk. Overall a great place to stay.

Great hospitality

Washroom were old and dirty specially when you flush its too hard. Also bidet is made up of hard plastic too difficult to use. I will not recommend anyone.

Clean but slow . Water was leaking in the bed room whole night . Ordered a tea and it took lot of time . Slow response.

We booked non-smoking rooms. Per manager, the rooms are non smoking. However other customers smoke in them & so smell stays. Sofas extremely dirty..Not only my kids were sick bcos of smoking room.Total waste of money and management didn't care for complain nor tried to compensate in any other manner. They don't care for customers.
