Accommodation and service excellent, great location, everything within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Can’t fault the accommodation or service, slight smell of smoke in room from motel fire a week ago.

Booked to stay. Hotel had a fire and we arrived three hours after the event. No one called to say all bookings cancelled and couldn’t check-in. No one assisted to booking anything else and been trying to call to request a refund for the last 24 hours (this is a major chain hotel with Accor and has a head office that should have contacted us) Terrible communication and customer service

I called asked for a free upgrade when I was 1/2 hour away from the hotel. I was told there was nothing available. All good, I thought I would just ask. We went to the room. It really isn’t an ocean view it’s a view of a body of water. A bit disappointed. I also wasn’t convinced that there were no free upgrades available as the hotel was very quiet.

The room was really clean; the view from the balcony was very good, even having water views when not expected to; quiet; dark curtains; really easy parking; close to everything.

Great for a weekend. Booked last minute but the one bedroom was perfect for me and my daughter. Ettalong and Umina are just magic. Everything you need right there. Would stay again.

This stay was fantastic. We were not sure what to ext but our expectations were so far exceeded. Our room was as upgraded, the entire complex was spotless, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back again!

Easy parking, good view but balcony could have been a bit cleaner not the best value for money.

Property was okay, a little tired. Expected three beds. One turned out to be a fold out sofa bed which was awful. Not mentioned anywhere on the Wotif site. Those at check-in couldn't care less.
