Good experience at facility. They only once had house keeping come in 1 out of 4 nights that is my only complaint

Very unaccommodating! Unforeseen plans made it necessary for us to change our plans and this hotel was UNWILLING to work with me.

Room was spacious perfect for family of 5. Breakfast good too before we embarked for Disney cruise

We stayed the night before our cruise. The room was terrific and the gathering area was very nice, bar, pool plenty of room to visit with our family that live in the area.

I loved that it was so spacious in the suite! Kitchen had dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Loved it and would stay again!!! Pool and hot tub was awesome!

Very clean and super nice hotel. Breakfast was great, rooms and pool area very nice. Marcus at the front desk was kind and explained and dis great! He was amazing! Totally recommend you stay here.

Excellent hotel beds were comfortable, very clean, convenient to cruise terminal.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised that it was a one bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen area. Our room was clean and neat and although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed every minute of it.

It was nice we enjoyed our room, it was spacious and enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful property but the most important factor was the staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, accommodating and overall really understanding. I would recommend this hotel for your stay and if need be I’d stay here again. 10/10 service.

While we had a lot of space and the room was very clean, the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. I would say that the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Lot's of food choices and a very busy waffle self service station.

It has everything and people are very nice
