Close to the Cathedral of Guadalajara, shopping district and local restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, we would stay there again.

It was wonderful!

This hotel was prettier in pictures versus in person. The hotel lobby was beautiful while the rooms… not so great.The room had a horrible smell as well as plumbing and air conditioning issues. We ended up checking out the following day.

What a wonderful stay. Hotel is gorgeous, very authentic, right in the heart of the city. Went alone with my 8 year old daughter and felt super safe. Super clean, the pool great. Staff is super friendly and efficient, especially Michel. We will be back back

We arrived 3 hours early and the wonderful staff allowed us to check in with a complimentary room upgrade, complimentary valet parking, 10% off at the bar/restaurant and breakfast buffet! Wow! This is a beautiful colonial hotel that is centrally located in the heart of Guadalajara. The entire staff is amazing. This was quite possibly one of my favorite hotels in the world 🌎 Do not hesitate to book here. Thank you.

En general muy buena comodidad y limpieza en las habitaciones, el desayuno está bueno. Puntos negativos: 1. no funcionaba uno de dos elevadores. 2. En el desayuno solo atiende 1 persona en la barra caliente, que es limitativo y lento si uno desea comer quesadillas o huevos. Pero son puntos mínimos, en general, es buen hotel.
