Okay for one night if you're driving through Kamloops. Our room definitely could have used some TLC.

2/5 stars Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. The photos in the listing do not accurately represent either the rooms or the property. The building is quite run down and in need of maintenance. The green carpeting in the hallways and stairways was very dirty, covered with debris, torn in many places, and appeared not to have been vacuumed recently. Although our room was advertised as non-smoking, guests were allowed to smoke right outside their rooms, so cigarette smoke came into our room every time we opened the door. There were also old chairs in the hallways with rusty cans used as ashtrays, and garbage could be seen around the property. Inside the room, the carpet didn’t feel or smell clean. The air conditioner was extremely loud—loud enough to drown out the highway noise. The one positive was that the bed was comfortable. The “continental breakfast” was very limited, consisting only of toast, cereal, and yogurt, so don’t expect much more than that. If you only need a place to sleep for one night, it may be adequate. However, for a longer stay, it wasn’t a place where we wanted to spend any extra time. Overall, we felt the property did not match its online presentation, and we would not stay here again.

I stayed here for 1 night with my kids and the room was absolutely gross. You were hit with a stench the second you opened the door. The carpets were stained and disgusting. The smoke detector was on the cabinet beside the tv. The door to the bathroom would not close, and everything felt dirty. It was too late or I would have cancelled my reservation and found another hotel/motel. We literally only stayed in the room for actual sleeping and left the moment we opened our eyes. I looked inside the pool area, and found an empty pool filled with dirty mattresses and broken dressers and cabinets. The girl working at the front desk was quite nice, I would say that is the only decent thing about this place. I don't usually post or leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said. I feel like Expedia should remove this place as an option for travellers, and if there is a governing body for tourism or something in BC, they should probably visit this place and shut it down. I will always remember my stay here, but not for any of the right reasons. If you're staying in Kamloops, or just traveling through, find somewhere else. : )

There was 3 stains in the carpet but the unit was very clean.

Bed was clean but chair looked the worse for wear... VERY filthy. Carpets are very worn and a hole behind the door. AC worked well, but very noisy. Breakfast was toast, cereal, and/or yogurt. Coffee and juice also an option.

Terrible customer service. No smile. No patience. And rude. My first stay was pretty ok for the price. Second one? Makes you wonder why they run a hotel.

The price for an overnight stay on a 2-day road travel was unbeatable. The location was strategic. Fast food restaurants were within walking distance. And breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly . Hard to beat these circumstances.

The room was clean BUT everything is worn. It really really really needs updating!!! Old an tired. Breakfast.... That's not breakfast! I chose the least sugared çereal to go with my one side toasted toast. For a place that accommodates so many per night they only have not nearly enough seating. I shared with a stranger. It was cheap, but then you get what you pay for. ...or less.

Room not clean, insects with wings lots of them...... could have been ants, see light through door edges, no coffee, they said there was a continental breakfast but did not stay to try!!!

This place is falling apart. It’s very old and needs updating and a good cleaning. AC vent needs to be cleaned and filters changed. Wall paper is peeling off. Bathtub had mildew or mold. Could barely wash my hands without the sink filling (clogged) the carpet in my room was awful, needs to be replaced. The sheets had stains, there’s old furniture piled outside in various spots, makes it feel trashy. Overall just doesn’t feel like a comfortable clean place to rest. I’d say you get what you pay for but 110$ a night hardly felt worth it. Rather stay at a campground to be honest

The room was ok and the bed (mattress) was great. Floors needed a wash as my feet got dirty walking on them. The outside sidewalk etc had litter, stains etc Only one bar of soap!

Good location and tidy and clean rooms. The only detraction was that the majority of the electrical plugs were worn out and loose. Making it difficult to plu in chargers or laptops.

It was gross all around!

The suite was spacious but needed a bit of tending to. There were 2 Queen site bed and a couch and a kitchen. The amenities were at a minimum though. The location was right by the highway so ready to go in the morning and the price was right.

Breakfast was convenient
