No one at the door to inform you were to park or organize. You need to park and go inside. Hope your not a mom of a baby. Smallest queen beds I have seen. Told them it was our 25th prior never acknowledged unlike most hotels. This room was paid via Expedias points, Westin must have known, stuffed me in a terrible room, even after I asked for a balcony. Was moved after I complained. Lol room was dirty, plastic bottle in between bed and night stand. Cobwebs. Don't touch the shower handle, you might get stuck forever. Outlets in washroom didn't work along with bedside. 1 unplush bathrobes for 2 people. No amenities except a small bottle of cream, women should bring their own shower caps. Skeptical carpets wetness. No mini bar. Coffee machine is not a 4 star machine. Not sure who rates these places but 3 star at best. Will not be going back.

Staff were extremely helpful. Stayed during the summer and really enjoyed the location, easy walk to all the fun things to do at Blue Mountain.

From check In to check out was fantastic.

Perfect location and we liked the fact that the hotel was slightly outside of the main Blue Mountain complex. Made it a little less noisy

We had a very restful weekend, the suite was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very impressed with the staff from the first impression when we parked for check-in until the checkout. Highly recommended.

Location, Staff & amenities were amazing! Only thing that could definitely use an upgrade is the pullout couch. Mattress was so thin that you could feel the metal bars underneath. One night stay you probably won’t care.. but when you stay 4 nights it was really upsetting. We are paying a premium for these rooms & you except the the couch to be as comfortable as the bed.

All staff were so nice and friendly!! The room was clean and everything we needed for our last minute trip!!

Loved the pool , sunna and the hot tubs the hotel came with, they were amazing! Also the hotel gives you access to the private beach, the canopy climb, the gondola, which was a sweet deal because normally we’d have to pay for all these activities!

Great place and stay

Beautiful suite with granite table Kitchenette , full dinning table and living room with queen/sofa. Each one of the spacios bedrooms had a tv and full bathroom. Big windows and a deck with gorgeous views of the mountain and lake of the village. Absolutely Impeccable , clean and cozy good taste in decor…..an unforgettable family stay!

Staff are great, room service is great, we tried the massage gun service for ‘a nominal fee’ and was surprised it was only $5 per night - great value! Room was a touch dirty but to be expected with a family centric hotel, mainly the carpets. Bed and showers were very clean. Love blue mountain. Come with your $ though, nothing is free anywhere in the village. Gym and sauna and hot tub open 24/7 that was really nice for us early risers. Prices seem to go up every year as this is our 3rd annual trip up to BM. Overall, great hotel and you won’t be disappointed.

The Westin Trillium is a lovely location in close walking distance to the little Blue Mountain Resort area. We were most impressed with the staff, and in particular a shout-out to ASHLEY who was our hostess for dinner at the @Oliver and Bonacini Restaurant at the hotel on Tuesday July 21st. She went out of her way to make our 30th anniversary dinner special for us. She was kind, funny, warm and attentive. Thank you Ashley for making our stay at the Westin so memorable!

Great rooms and staff were friendly.

Greta hotel, visiting for ski trip for 3 days in Feb 26. Well kept hotel, good parking onsite, pool is heated in cold weather, apartments are clean, large and comfortable.
