Clean and spacious room but door at entrance was broken that the first thing you look as you get to check in but I will choose different hotel

Hotel was average in the sense of the rooms and comfort. Pool was not heated on the Saturday and it was just ok overall. I would recommend if you are not too concerned about amenities and service.

Great location. Mountain view loft room has a nice view. Its spacious and clean. A little older so nothing fancy. The napkins instead of toilet paper are certainly a choice though lol. Its my 2nd time staying and i will be back.

This hotel is in very poor condition and was not clean. Hard to believe a property like this would exist in a world class city like Whistler. The first room we checked into was very beaten up and did not feel clean. Ripped carpets and lots of markings on the walls. We were moved to a new room as the outlets in the bedroom did not work. There was also a faulty heater in the room that would not turn off. The second room was in better condition but had a terrible smell and several things made me question the cleanliness of the room, it was also not the bed type we booked and paid a premium for which was needed to accommodate our young child. We were tired so made due with the new room. I was contacted several times via email throughout my stay to ask how my stay was going. I shared about the smell in the new room and wrong bed type but no one ever responded. What’s the point in even asking if you are not going to respond. The last thing I will say is that this hotel is above a night club, the walls were vibrating from the bass until 2:30am. Unless you are planning to be down there partying, I would avoid this hotel.

The staff are super helpful, we had a suite with balcony, big room, but the room is a bit dated. Needs some fixing up in places. The parking garage is a little sketchy. Location is good, short walking distance to everything.

Close to everything, can do shopping or skiing

Adara is my go to for work travel to Whistler - it’s cost effective but a nice hotel, perfection location, and has rooftop pool and hot tub! I always get a loft room which has its own huge deck as well. Very good value for the cost.

Room is ok. The bathroom is good. Staff is friendly. The pub close by plays music till 3am on Sunday.

The loft suite had a nice gathering for my birthday celebration for 4 of us. Downstairs had a living room with a pullout couch. We hung out there lots when we were in the room. The front desk gave us drink vouchers and discounted parking rates for my birthday, along with a handwritten note… so make sure you mention it’s your birthday if it is. We really liked the warm pool we could hang out in… It was warmer than most pools that I’ve been to in the village. The location is amazing and is so close to everything. Also, I liked that the hotel offered discounts for certain activities and restaurants. Barefoot bistro across the street was a really delicious fine dining restaurant.

Loft with Mountain View, excellent! Easy access to slopes, wonderful. Warm cookies waiting at 3:45 après ski, phenomenal. Weird toilet paper, disappointing.

Had friendly service at the front desk. Room was spacious but lots of dinged up walls, doors, even torn carpet. The place seemed clean but didn't feel like it since a bit dated and shower tile grout should be cleaner. We had a 1 bedroom king with mountain view. Mountain view was nice. Bedroom was larger than the living area - I think it should have been the other way around. Microwave and fridge definitely a bonus. Bed and pillows were comfy.

Room was clean and spacious. There were enough towels and robes for us upon arrival. Suite had a fridge for us to keep food for my toddler, dishes and soap. Charging stations were easy to access. Shower stall grout is due for a deeper clean, otherwise everything was tidy. Staff were friendly when at the desk. Fresh baked cookies available at the lobby with hot coffee/tea. Mountain view was nice as we had some snowy days. The hotel is right next to a nightclub that opens until 2am every night so we heard it. Luckily my toddler was able to sleep but more difficult for me with the constant background noise until 2am.

Enjoyed the loft. Room was clean and cute. Location was great. No utensils in the kitchen. No coffeemaker. Staff was a bit cold. Not very welcoming. No way to lock ski gear in the storage room. Hot tub was disgustingly dirty.

Great location and perfect setup for a family of four! We stayed in a spacious loft room that gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest perks was the well-located equipment room — it made getting in and out with all our gear quick and easy, which we really appreciated. A special touch that our kids absolutely loved was the fresh cookies in the morning and again after skiing — such a thoughtful and welcoming treat! The only downside was that the hot tub and pool area could use a bit of updating. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
